Hotel Al Rio Se in Limone sul Garda

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review for this hotel. The place is beautiful, well-kept, but if you're looking for that typical Italian kindness, you won't find it here. Our stay was ruined by the cleaning lady who entered the room after us. She simply knocks on the door, then immediately enters even if you shout not to enter. At the restaurant there is a lady who makes you not want to eat there, at a simple question she rolled her eyes. We often go to Italy, but here our vacation was really not a successful one. I have been to places where I felt so much warmth from the people, I met a lot of kindness and our privacy was respected, now I arrived home more stressed than when I left.

Rude waiters. We had money to spend but felt we were not treated with respect and left.

AVOID THIS RESTURANT/HOTEL!!! THE SERVICE WAS AWFULLY RUDE AND IGNORANT!!! My family and I have been placed on the closed terrace of the restorant since there were no empty tables on the open terrace so we were the only customers in there, we have been rudly attended by the female waitress that was annoyed by the request if we can have our seats cleaned because they were dirty prior to our arrival. We werent given any eating matts at all and by the time other guests arrived we still havent gotten our order taken even after we asked 3 times if we can have our ordered taken because the customers that came after us already got their order taken. The waiter ignored us the first 2 times and on the 3rd time we asked if we can have our order taken he ignorantly refused to take our order despite the fact we been waiting and been there first . We got up and told another waiter about the situation which he responded with an even more ignorant and unbothered answer “yes yes” and walked away. I cannot even rate the food since we havent even been able to order any!! Deeply dissapointed and i do not reccomend unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage customer.
