A very beautiful hotel in a prime location

This place is very unique! Breakfast is off the charts, staff is accommodating, beds are comfortable. Environmentaly Conscious which is one of my most favorite aspects of this sweet place!

Wow this is probably going to be our new hotel to stay at in when visiting the lake. The hotel is located at the perfect location. It is close to a coop and walking distance to several bike shops and restaurants. You can also easily walk to the beach.

Rooms were really good and atmosphere overall. Slight minus from breakfast, which was titled as "Wonderbreakfast". It was only average in my opinion. Yogurt section was really good though!

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was smaller but sufficient. Thy were able to accommodate us with a rollaway. The location was also great. I would like to mention their amazing breakfast buffet included with the room. A great communication via e-mail. Would definitively stay again.

Food was good well cooked but not enough vegetables or dare I say no potatoes or chips the lift was broken they said it had broken the day if arrival but we found out later it hadn't worked for weeks they have slot of elderly visitors so either fix it or stop advertising as a lift available the staff were very nice and helpful the rooms were basic but clean and spacious all in all a good place to stay

Nice room with a bit outdated bathroom but everything including AC was functional! Breakfast was tasty and the pool so clean but also very cold. Highly recommended for your stay in Riva! 🇮🇹

I have just returned from a week in this hotel, sharing a twin room with my mum-in-law. Our stay was fabulous. The rooms were light, fresh and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom which had a large walk in shower. We had a lovely stay here with nothing to complain about at all, everything was as advertised. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was good and the views from the breakfast room superb. Pool was small but as expected. The location is fantastic. All in all a really good stay.

Ok but not exceptional. I enjoyed the location, away from crowded touristy areas. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was nice, but the room smelled like sewer and air conditioning kept turning off once the front desk left for the day (after 21.30).

The room was quite basic and poorly soundproofed, with a lot of light at night, and a standard breakfast. It's fine for one night, but for longer stays, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. The hotel is rather far from the lively center of Riva del Garda, but it's not far from the lake, and getting to the center from there is very pleasant.

Super kind and helpful staff! We had to cancel the trip to Riva because of unforeseen circumstances and our climbing tour becoming impossible thereafter. Usually hotels just keep the money and are pretty inflexible, but they granted us an exception and we got refunded, which I found so kind and heartwarming. Thank you so much! It was overall allright for the money you pay. nice view on mountains (if you ignore all traffic), nice bedroom. There is parking. The breeakfast is very basic, with screaming children running around. Italians go easy on restraining kids on public.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice but the rooms are TINY. The pictures in the website site are deceiving and the bathrooms are in some cases in the middle of the room.

A magnificent hidden little oasis on our way through northern Italy! Our one night stop there was exactly what we needed on our long bike packing trip! Great service, incredibly beautiful surrounding gardens and areas! The whole experience helped us relax and unwind. The spa was also a nice touch with no additional charges. We are already planning to go back at some point and stay a bit longer!
