I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform. While I really liked the location, I was disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee and general facilities. The air conditioning was not operational, and we were told it would only start from June 1st—this important detail was not mentioned on your site.

Overall, I found the hotel’s facilities to be outdated and overly commercial, which did not match the listing’s impression. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration for future listings.
