Pisa vicinity overnight Amazing wonderful breakfast with homemade baked goods and jam. Only one AC for both rooms, so bedroom was a tad warm. Parking was tricky at first but got easier later in the day. Staff was very engaging and friendly.

We were here for a couple of days. The location is stunning and the service and help we received from Lorenzo was amazing. He helped us organize a beautiful dinner. This place is definitely worth a visit or two. Especially if you are traveling in a group but also as a couple or alone.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. While the workers were friendly, the property was just average. The walls were very thin and we could hear the party going on in the event room all night.

Excellent guesthouse, both for its location (very close to the hospital) and its value for money. Free parking outside the property, clean and quiet. To get to Pisa city center, you'll need a car; it's difficult to get there on foot. Recommended.

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel provided a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast and dinner were both good, but the prices were a bit high. It's a little far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but the hotel's assistance in arranging a taxi was convenient.

Modern venue, a bit far from downtown but if u have car it’s fine! there a lot of free parking around. Beach is not so far, but by car.

A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

I requested portable heater, but the one they gave me was broken. So I requested replacement, but never replaced despite several talks. Also throughout the hotel facilities, there were many broken stuff such as doorknobs. But this is decent place if you want to visit Pisa.

The hotel is in a old manor house in a small village, located about halfway between Lucca and Pisa. It was hard to find when we first arrived. If you like peace and quiet in the countryside, then this location is ideal. There are a few restaurants on the main road between Lucca and Pisa, but their opening hours are unpredictable. The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is adequate.

It takes 10-15 minutes by bus from the train station to reach the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a kitchen for cooking and also offers snacks and breakfast. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and overall it's quite good.

It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.
