Live09 B&B in Pisa

When my wife first found this B&B live09 design, she was in the midst of a nightmare. I had been hospitalized in Italy for six weeks with double pneumonia and a triple bypass, leaving her to navigate a terrifying situation in a foreign country all on her own. What she discovered wasn't just a place to sleep; she found a true sanctuary that felt like staying with dear friends. The B&B itself is absolutely stunning and surprisingly new and modern. Our room was furnished to a very high standard, and having a small kitchenette made it feel like a real home rather than a hotel. One of my favorite features was how our room opened onto a shaded patio and seating area set within a beautiful, quiet walled garden. Every corner of the public spaces is decorated with such a personal touch by the owner’s sister Federica, and starting each day in the sun-drenched solarium with fresh pastries and eggs cooked to order was a highlight of my recovery. But the heart of this place is undoubtedly the hosts, Federico and his wife Christina. They are exceptional, compassionate people who went above and beyond to support my wife while she was traumatized by my condition. When I was finally released from the hospital and joined her there, I saw firsthand the genuine, heartfelt concern. Because we departed very early, Federico made us sandwiches for our voyage home. It is a wonderful base for visiting Pisa and the surrounding historical sites, but more than that, it is a retreat. We will definitely visit again, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Located on the outskirts of Pisa, the B&B offers very clean, fairly functional rooms in a quiet residential area. The owners are very kind and above all available for any need or help they can offer. Parking available outside just in front of the structure with no extrafee

Here's the revised version of your text: The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures can express. The warm welcome was immediate. The host is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and love; the homemade cakes and eggs made to your liking were the perfect start of the day. The host also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, made reservations, and suggested less touristy places to visit in the area. If we decide to visit Pisa again, we will definitely stay at Live09.

It was an amazing stay. The room was very nice and clean, the owner Family was super friendly and helpful. The brakefast was fantastic, they offer all you need.
We can recomend this b&b a 100%.

Profesional and friendly staff who did theirs best to make you feel at home. Room was great with top notch service. The design was also refreshing. The B&B is in a fantastic safe location. It feels almost rural even though it is only a few minutes drive from the center of Pisa. Great five stars breakfast. Everything was amazing, great staff, great experience.
