The staff was very friendly! Parking was cheap for 10€ a day. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. It is about a 15 min walk to the tower and there's also a bus stop around the corner. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters). Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.

Prime location! Right on the river, gorgeous view! Super easy to walk around Pisa. The hotel style is beautiful. This old hotel kept much of its original charm and atmosphere. The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast has a variety of bread, cakes, juices and fresh fruit. An average hotel we took in the center of Pisa to go in the airport in the morning. Not the best of hotels.The room smelled of insecticide pills which are carcinogenic. There was no blanket but a thick couverture.The bathroom and the room was very clean though and the staff were very friendly. A modest hotel near the central train station in a residential section of Pisa. We stayed in a "triple" room that contained a single large bed and a small cot. Neither bed was particularly comfortable and the sheets were not very clean. The location is good, however, and the staff are very nice. This is my third time to stay at this hotel which speaks volumes. Perfect location for exploring Pisa or catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and have a/c. Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

A really nice little hotel with fantastic staff. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were absolutely superb and all spoke great English. Only a 15 minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. Only complaint is that it's a very noisy area. Trains go past all night and it sounds like there's a recycling centre nearby, making it difficult to sleep. Would still certainly recommend.

We had a room near to reception, we did not hear any comings or goings. The hotel was not very far from the Central train station but also only a short walk across the bridge to the popular tourist spots. Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.
