Good location for Pisa International Airport, no atmosphere, no coffee or tea in rooms just a vending machine in reception. The restaurant is small and does not open until 19.30 although the food was very good. No other eateries in,walking distance.

The room smell of cigarette smoke. I woke up with my throat feeling sore. I have asthma. The entire hotel looks tired. It smells of wee as you enter.not very nice to welcome a tired traveller.

Very convenient place since it is in front of Pisa Central Station. Very slow or no written response from trip.com but they reply when you call. The room I had is outdated. Not very clean specially the bathroom. You can hear the noise from outside. Price is a bit expensive.

this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.

The location is a bit out of the way, but Pisa isn't that big. It's about 2KM from the main train station and just a stone's throw from the University of Pisa's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient.

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel provided a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast and dinner were both good, but the prices were a bit high. It's a little far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but the hotel's assistance in arranging a taxi was convenient.

It's a kind of Okay. The lift was broken and they didn't fixed it . So, I had to do the climbing up to the fourth floor with my luggages and I felt like it was old and the security system seemed weak.

Lift was down when we were there but it was nice that we were offered free storage of baggage on the ground floor.

Good hotel on the main street. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning unit was very noisy, even on its lowest setting. The savory breakfast options were quite limited.

Pretty average hotel. Not much else in Pisa other than the tower which is somewhat far from the hotel despite having a nearby buss. There was construction going on outside our room that was loud. Litterly felt like someone standing by our window. Not sure if the aircon worked. But the service was nice.

A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

Stayed for a night here to visit Pisa. The hotel was very close to the tower and other sights so I think it’s worth it for the location if you’re staying for the night. However the hotel is very old and we had some issues in our room. The towels weren’t clean, the shower was leaking from the basin, the tv didn’t work and the sheets had stains on the them.

Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

Located next to Pisa train station this hotel is convenient for a late night train arrival. It's around 25/30 minutes walk from the tower are nicer parts of the city.

Extremely unpleasant experience at the hotel. The water from the bathroom ran out around 2100 at night until in the morning, there was 0 help from the receptionist and I was not able to contact anyone for the matter. Would not recommend paying a luxury price for this kind of service

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! What a wonderful few days we have just spent here! We had a lovely time. It was impeccably clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast lunch and dinner were all amazing compliments to the chef and all the staff as they couldn’t have been friendly or more attentive.

We booked as a B&B as a base to explore Tuscany. It was a great choice but you do need a hire car. Located 20 mins from airport it’s convenient for arrival but really quiet. Nice, central hotel We stayed one night before further into Toscana and the hotel was perfect for that. Clean, super friendly staff, central which made it easy to walk around town and get to the central train station and the room (junior suite) was comfy and with plenty of space for 2 people. We arrived early and they helped us by looking out for our lugage while we walked around the city.
