Hotel and service amazing!!! Beautiful surroundings the pool area was lovely. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and great pasta. Cocktails fab👌🏻The only downside to the trip was given a ground floor disability room which we never asked for ( I feel like this happens a lot these days) and therefore a bathroom that gets soaked just having a normal shower

A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

The staff service is very good 👍, the room is clean and tidy, for a solo address more remote, fortunately we drive, there is free parking service. The breakfast food choices are relatively small, but the parma ham is good 😋

Great location, 1 minute from the train station from which you can travel to Florence, Livorno, Lucca etc. and close to bus stops. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Cold in the room (heating turned off at night) but you can use air conditioning for heating. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

This place was home away from home. The manager treated us like family with great service and kindness. Rooms and breakfast had views of the tower (which was only a 4 minute walk away). It was very safe with a locking front door at night and receptionist at all times. Housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Never had a better and more personal hotel experience! Room was amazing Really clean and great place to stop

Very convenient place since it is in front of Pisa Central Station. Very slow or no written response from trip.com but they reply when you call. The room I had is outdated. Not very clean specially the bathroom. You can hear the noise from outside. Price is a bit expensive.

Stayed for a night here to visit Pisa. The hotel was very close to the tower and other sights so I think it’s worth it for the location if you’re staying for the night. However the hotel is very old and we had some issues in our room. The towels weren’t clean, the shower was leaking from the basin, the tv didn’t work and the sheets had stains on the them.

Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

The shower tends to flood the floor, and the soundproofing isn't great. Also, the breakfast selection is a bit limited. However, everything else is good, and for this location, it offers excellent value for money. It's perfectly acceptable.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.

The location is a bit out of the way, but Pisa isn't that big. It's about 2KM from the main train station and just a stone's throw from the University of Pisa's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient.

It's a kind of Okay. The lift was broken and they didn't fixed it . So, I had to do the climbing up to the fourth floor with my luggages and I felt like it was old and the security system seemed weak.

Lift was down when we were there but it was nice that we were offered free storage of baggage on the ground floor.

Convenient and well located hotel, had all the amenities we needed for a one night stay and the room was clean. The price was quite high for the standard of the hotel, but this probably is down to the location. The hotel still uses physical keys which need to be left at reception when leaving the hotel. Very helpful staff and very friendly. If you like a very very firm matress then you will be comfortable. For me the pillows were too shallow. The hotel could do with some brightening up. The hotel is perfectly situated to embrace all Pisa has to offer. We stayed in a deluxe room in the historic part of the hotel. It was clean and exceptionally quiet. This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies!
