I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the breakfast service during my stay on 20/11/2024. On three separate occasions, while I was still consuming my meal, staff members prematurely cleared my table without any inquiry or permission. The most egregious incident occurred when I briefly left to get coffee, only to return and find my breakfast had been removed in my absence.
This pattern of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, significantly detracting from the quality of my stay. I expect immediate corrective action to address this issue and prevent future occurrences.

■Free 24/7 coffee machine available at the reception hall near business centre table.👍
■ Good located and near a big supermarket.
■The breakfast needs a HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I hope the management will see this and can do something about it..its way too basic.
