B&B Hotel Pisa Airport in Pisa

We stayed at B&B Hotels Pisa for a short trip and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist who provided good service and was always happy to help — including calling taxis for us when needed. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety to start the day.

However, we were given a room with an accessible toilet, which we did not request and weren’t informed about beforehand. We later learned it was to keep us on the same floor as our other family member, which is understandable, but we would have appreciated being told in advance. The accessible bathroom wasn’t suitable for a mother with two kids — the shower was already small and the fixed seat inside made it even more cramped and uncomfortable.
The hotel is a bit of a trek from the town centre, but there’s a bus stop nearby. We ended up using taxis most of the time, and thankfully the receptionist was very helpful with that.
Overall, a decent stay but a few things could have been better communicated.

Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪.

The hallways look like they're (I hope) mid renovations. The bath/shower was pretty bad. It had a glass door that went midway across the bath, but the shower head was in the middle of the bath, instead of being at the end, therefore it was hard not to spray the floor of the bathroom. The mattress was pretty hard, and the pillows were memory foam and probably a little bit too dense for comfort.

The lady at the reception was extremely nice, though.
