In our 5 days there. First of all the receptionist. She didn't show any interest in explaining how to get to our room, she didn't even give us the most basic thing used in the hotel, which is the band to get into the pools, such a pity for a face of the hotel. Check-in is usually at 2 p.m., but when you get there, be sure that you're not hungry because only the bar is open, fwith poor tiny choices...

My wife and I recently spent a week at this venue. We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially David at the small bar. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The only missing touches were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and an English speaking News Channel on the TV. Riva del Sole is a wonderful place to stay, with guests of all ages. There’s room and activities for everyone, and enough land and space that it never feels crowded. The hotel buildings nestle into the surrounding pine woods and greenery, while on the beach the sea views are lovely. All staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club. The resort was very relaxing. The service was wonderful. Some of played golf on the premises. The beach that they drove us to was excellent. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony view of the river and sea. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Excellent breakfast and good hotel restaurant. Other advantages are free parking (500 metres away) and a 10 euro voucher if you opt not to have your room cleaned one day.

Great breakfast with a view, they borrow umbrella and towels for beach, and the first green hotel I see with discount if they dont clean daily, which is super nice idea.

Excellent front desk service. Very accommodating when we asked to change rooms and even stored our luggage while we attended the open market. Restaurant service was also good especially our food server who spoke English and was very personable! Great rooftop also.

Wonderful place, surrounded by greenery, very quiet and cool. Very beautiful structure, with a rustic charm. The wifi signal is inconsistent, and problems can happen, but since we were on vacation, it was the perfect place to unwind! A week of absolute relaxation. Accommodation price ranges can accommodate for all. The pools are the main attraction. You won't even care about the beach with these pools. The restaurant is fairly priced considering lack of local options.

Plus sides: great location, tents and beds are good, great swimming pool, most people of the staff are absolutely amazing. Down sides: lots of extra (hidden) costs, swimming pool is only opened from 10h till 19h in the high season, toilets don't have any toilet seats and are often dirty, I personally disliked the music they played at the pool all day.

We had a great stay at Solemaremma. The apartment was exactly as described and photographed. It was clean with a large terrace and plenty of plates, pans etc for self catering. Nice camping! We stayed in a mobile home, it is small but very much ok! And in the summer with a gorgeous beach only 5 minuten away we did not miss the space! Camping is very clean, nice trees and flowers. Servicedesk manned by nice ladies! Shop is very good , many local products!

Really nice campsite, well maintained, the layout of the social facilities, bars and restaurants is well thought out and wheelchair accessible. I stayed a week with my wife and a couple of friends. We rented a very nice "maison", new and complete with everything: 2 rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two beds, plus a small room with 2 more beds. Two bathrooms (one with a shower), a kitchen equipped with everything and finally a TV. Two tables for eating, one on the veranda and one in the kitchen near a sofa. Quiet and relaxing campsite...

A fully-equipped camping facility complete with ATM. Walk through the forest just steps away to the beach. There are showers, laundry, pizza, gelato, and a store that sells goggles, sandals and postcards!
