Luciano reserved and drove us to & from dinner on Easter Sunday & Monday, fabulous! We hope to return, our favorite on a trip to Venice, Tuscany & Rome.

A lovely property in a stunning location. Home cooked cakes and treats for breakfast, friendly owner and his wife. The room was quaint and a little dated, but that just added to the charm. You'll need a car, it's half an hour walk at least to nearest bar and shop, but I would definitely recommend this if you want some peace and quiet in a lovely setting.

Lovely place! Beautiful grounds and buildings. The kindest and most welcoming owners. Very delicious array of homemade pastries, breads, and other breakfast items.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Farm house had wonderful character and charm. Hosts were extremely helpful. Wish we could have used all the amenities but alas it was winter; we will need to come back in the Spring/Summer.

This was the best experience at a bed and breakfast. The room was impeccable and comfortable and the grounds were gorgeous and tranquil. Luciano and Laura are so gracious and accommodating. I will absolutely return as one trip to Tuscany is not enough to see it all and also relax.

This is an amazing place to stay in Tuscany! Short drive to Siena and Montalcino. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The salt water pool was very nice and the breakfast served was absolutely top notch! Beautiful place and very kind owners. I got my car stuck in the ditch and Luciano came with his truck to pull me out. He also helped air my tires up when one was low.

Comfortable hotel at 15 minutes by car from Siena. We had an enjoyable one-night stay. The breakfast was good, and the hotel personnel were nice and accommodating. We don't give the five stars because our queen bed was composed of two different single mattresses, resulting in a dissimilar softness.

Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved out stay at Castello di Leonina. The views are spectacular, the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They couldn't have done more for us. Juicy, was especially lovely. She really did make our stay feel extra special. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

The biggest regret is that there is no elevator. The building is very high and the stairs are difficult to climb. No one in the hotel helped with the luggage, so I had to carry the large suitcase up the stairs by myself, which was very tiring. The location and environment are pretty good.

Check in was relatively easy— I ended up calling because the directions didn’t tell us where to go once in building. After that, it was quick. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to cafe. They have a list to choose from. Room and bathroom was a nice size. 5 min walk to Vatican.

We loved the central location to the piazza and for restaurants and taxis. The view from the room was of the bell tower and the beautiful architecture. We did eat at the restaurant located behind the B&B for a discount and it was delicious.

This B&B offers a complete unit with two bedrooms, a small kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a front-facing balcony. The excellent amenities were particularly welcome, especially after several days of travel, as we had just arrived in the North following stays in Naples, Sorrento, and Bari. Most importantly, it boasts a fantastic location near Piazza Maggiore.

Overall, this was an amazing stay for us. The suite was spacious, with spectacular views of the Duomo and the city. It’s perfectly located in the center, close to everything. I highly recommend it. The only suggestion I have is for the property to receive a bit of TLC to upgrade it slightly, but other than that, it was an incredible stay.

Huge apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen, washing machine, clean and spotless, comfy beds. Did I mention huge space? Right in the middle of the historic city. Note it is on the second floor, so there are stairs. Could do with another sofa in the cavernous living room. Still highly recommended.

The room was excellent, and the entire place, from the hallway to the room itself, was very clean. The self-check-in instructions were clear. The living room was spacious and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great, right near the cathedral, making it convenient to get everywhere. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient.

Adequate basic clean room in a beautiful area.

The room and bathroom are both very large. It is located in the old town of Siena, close to many attractions. It is a few minutes' walk to Piazza del Campo. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel has a small courtyard, which is not large but very beautifully decorated.

Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was by far the most satisfying. It's spacious and quite clean, and the bathroom felt like a European deluxe version, which I was very pleased with.

Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance. It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B.

My room is in great condition as well as the bathroom. There is a shared kitchenette with refrigerator. Joy, the manager of the property ,was extremely helpful and available during business hours to provide advice and help with transport although it is a fairly short walk to the bus terminal. Would stay at this place again in the event that I get back to Siena and I do recommend it.

Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.

I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Perfect old world charm, massive, comfortable rooms, and the garden out back has incredible views out over the countryside. Great location and perfect for a short stay in Siena. Owner was friendly and responsive. My only complaint is that the wifi was intermittent and streaming via Netflix was unreliable. Rooms are also on the top floor with no elevator, but this is clearly stated by the owner and was not an issue for us.

We stayed in the room at the top floor (yes, many stairs to climb) and absolutely worth it for the panoramic view! Very clean and in a great location in a very lively part of town. The breakfast was not lavish, but nice to have if you are hungry. The host was extremely helpful in the morning when we needed a taxi.

My friends and I booked a room in villa Tuscany for four days a month ago. The couple that owns the rooms are wonderful people and very hospitable. Few second more you will be at one of the many shopping street. 2 min either directions you will either be at the square or at the cathedral. The house is having a lot of history. Great view of the wall at sunset. The panoramic view of the Tuscany landscape can be seen from the rooftop cafe of the hotel. The bus stations are in frontof the hotel. The breakfast was really great. A taxi from the hotel to the train station was about 18 euros.

Located in Siena's Old Town, the hotel boasts a superb location. The 7th-floor observation deck is a fantastic spot for watching the sunset. It's easily walkable to all the must-see attractions in the Old Town, and the hotel is quiet and safe. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

The room was quite spacious, even though it's in Siena, it was slightly better than hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and introduced the sights of Siena, although I couldn't understand a lot of their explanations. We had a great stay from the moment we checked in, when the two very kind gentlemen at the desk helped us prepare for exploring (Sun 7/20) until our check out this morning (Wed 7/23) when the lovely woman and gentlemen helped us call a taxi. Location was awesome and hotel was great! Instructions to avoid ZTL and get to parking were very straightforward and helpful. So easy to walk into town from here as well. View from the room was beautiful and we loved having a full size shower compared to the other hotels we stayed at!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and this was a great spot! Very clean rooms, the breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was great and we had a great view from our room! The staff was also incredible! They were very accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, looking out for our comfort and recommending places to visit. The hotel rooms have somewhat dated furniture and decor. The common room is lovely, with a small balcony. Everything was very clean.

Accommodation in the heart of Siena's old town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The building was old, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean. During my stay, there happened to be a university graduation ceremony, filling the entire town of Siena with a joyful atmosphere that lasted until late at night. The town is quite large and worth spending a whole day exploring its architecture.
