this place is perfect to being in the town itself, just few minutes walk to the main plazas.
But theres a catch, the bus stop from main train stn or intercity bus are quite distance away. distance wise its less than 2km, BUT the town is hilly, so if you have bulky bags, take that into consideration.
The single room is ok for me. ppl say its old n dated, but i think the rustic-ness matches the town itself.there are areas for improvements. bed n pillow were comfy. amenities are provided (even soaps etc).
i checked in late, n the host guides me thru whatsapp vid.
theres kitchen, but i didnt use it(only use the fridge). personally i think the location itself is massive plus as you can explore the town till very late, or super early in morning

Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

I had the room with the private terrace, which was glorious. Room was so clean and the mattress and pillow the most comfortable ever.

I stayed in the Dei Rossi apartment for a week before changing to another place. I had several issues with the apartment.

1. Upon arriving, the space did not feel clean. The floors were dirty and my sheets had stains on them. Furniture was very worn and some of the cushioned chairs had large stains on them…it was gross.

2. The kitchen is not well stocked with supplies and some of the supplies there were very worn like the cutting board. I had to buy a couple items because I was staying longer. No basics like salt, pepper, or olive oil either.

3. The common kitchen space felt uncomfortable. The lights are automatic so they go off every 5 minutes if you’re sitting still. There are no windows or natural light either. The light they do have is sterile feeling.

4. If you’re not on the true top floor, you will hear everything above you. I was on the 4th but there is a 5th. You will hear people walking, talking, flushing the toilet, you name it. It was not relaxing at all!

5. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock.

The host was very nice and responsive but I’m afraid there were too many problems for me to review this BnB well. The value is not worth the cost.

The room is clean and the rooms all are located at different points I guess. The address mentioned on the app is the reception office.

The landlord operates multiple listings at the same time, so the actual house is not in the location but not far away.

The staff has a bad face, probably because I arrived early.

The location is very good, there are many high-scoring restaurants and Carrefour nearby, but you have to drag the suitcase up a long way uphill.

The room is small and the facilities are old, but there is a warm little garden, which is actually quite good.

I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance.

It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B.

This hotel has nothing but flaws except for its location:
1. The outdoor temperature was 36 degrees Celsius, and there was no air conditioning in the room, only 2 electric fans. The children cried all night because of the heat;
2. I booked a room for two adults and one child, and the hotel also sent me a confirmation letter. When I checked in, they said the room was not big enough and I needed to pay extra to get a bigger room. I said the confirmation letter clearly stated that it was for 2 adults and 1 child, so why should I pay extra? Reply: it’s your trouble, not mine. Speechless.
3. The toilet has a voice-controlled light. How can you solve your personal problems within 2 minutes? You can either grope in the dark or yell. This is an anti-human design.
4. The sheets were not washed clean and had stains...
This hotel is a pitfall

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night at first I realized that there was a smell of mold in the room but I didn't pay much attention since we were staying for 1 night ( there are reports from others that there is a smell and cleanliness issue).

The biggest problem though came later my friend the next morning was covered in red marks on her body and that was from bedbugs!!! At first we thought it was an allergy but when she went to the doctor he told her it was from bedbugs!!! I asked for a refund the hotel told me that the red marks on the body could be anything!!! Then she tried to apologize by sending me a hotel disinfection report from 1 year ago however they said there was nothing could do!!!

I would expect at least a refund or a part of the money as 1 week later I have spent enough money on pharmaceuticals and also have to live in fear that the bugs are not in my house or pets!!!

I did not intend to make a review and discredit the hotel but in this case they did nothing to help me
I recommend you avoid this hotel
