the hotel totally unacceptable. like a hostel. very simple room, my room on ground floor, window next to a 3 ways traffic zone. if you don't close the curtain, everyone passby see you inside. room door without handle, you need to use the key to move the door close to you then lock. what's a design hotel!! reception close at 19. 00 you can't come in from the front door, go to back door but no lock at all, what's the point to use backdoor? worst is parking, they charge 15 euro/day. not bad. but entrance only allow small car, very narrow, 45 degree steep slope. very hard to park. the only credit is close to old town walk 3 minutes. won't go back again definitely

We really enjoyed our time at Vittoria Design Hotel. Paula was a wonderfully accommodating host. Her son was wonderful as well. They Always met our needs and helped us with anything we needed. We had a balcony overlooking Tuscany and even saw a hot-air ballon gathering and a few small deer(?) from our balcony on Friday. The place is a little worn, but they do a great job maintaining it.

One thing I would mention, though, if you are expecting a washer and dryer, there isn’t one.

Also, they do have parking, but you better have a very small car and some good driving skills to get in and out of the garage. We didn’t have a problem, but we could see where it might be a problem for some people

Overall, due to Paula, her son, the location, and the balcony, we really enjoyed our stay there.

It was a pleasant stay, not the most amazing but good for what I expected.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were amazing, so attentive and helpful. Just outside the city walls. Perfect location.

Excellent
Excellent place to stay in Siena.
Close to Porta Pispini on the corner of via Aretina and via Girolamo Gigli park on footpath out the front to drop off your suitcases on arrival.
No breakfast but a great cafe near the Porta Pispini, 2 minute walk away.
The rooms are comfortable large and clean with Tuscan views from the terrace.
Paula is an excellent friendly host with a deep knowledge of what see and where to eat in Siena.
I Will definitely stay here next time in beautiful Siena.

Highly recommended hotel for its ideal location, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, without neglecting the friendliness and professionalism of the owner. I return often with great satisfaction and have never been disappointed, experience after experience.

we came across this hotel through internet searches and I must say that both the staff and the room were very welcoming in its simplicity, very quiet and a quiet and very nice place, we will definitely be back
