Lovely clean rooms, modern with lovely historical touches. Proprietor was lovely and accommodating

Excellent location within the walled city; close to two gates and the main plaza. Rooms are very large and comfortable. There is a common area with coffee and snacks, so it's perfect for a group to stay together. The best part, however, is the staff who are very responsive and friendly. I had a few minor issues during my stay (locked myself out of the safe, needed help getting a taxi) and they were very helpful. It feels like a private apartment with supportive staff!

Great Hotel
This hotel was great, I’d definitely stay again. It was in a great neighborhood, walkable to everything, yet very quiet. Rooms were clean and pretty large.

Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel.

Great little hotel in Siena
The Residenza d'Epoca is an unique experience in the small city of Siena. It's on a quiet street and the room with the large window made it very welcoming. Also Ella - the front desk manager helped me out personally with a situation I had with a payment. She went above and beyond. Her level of service was exceptional.

The service at this hotel was excellent. I arrived a few hours early and was immediately checked in. They even showed me to my room and gave me a tour. The hotel is housed in a historic building, but the facilities are modern, and there's even a bakery and coffee shop in the common area. The room was very large, with a walk-in closet—pretty luxurious for European standards. It's located near Piazza del Campo, and since the old town isn't very large, most everything is within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.
