Very quiet place situated in a strategic place for nearby location discovery. Surrounded by green hills we had a nice journey. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with a great view.

We had the most magical time at this one-of-a-kind agriturismo. The location and views are magical, the staff is fantastic, attentive and kind, the amenities are great, and the food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is amazing! Il Poggio degli Olivi is based in a wonderful location. The pool area, views of Assisi and surrounding areas, main reception building and restaurant were all excellent. A beautiful place where you can relax and sit in the sun, far from the noise and crowds.. the food is amazing, and the silence makes everything perfect.

All in all more then worth the money we paid... The place situated among an olive Grove over a huge area of greens and country feeling. The rooms are OK and the service fine. Quite nice accomodation. We went there with kids aged 5-10. For them, however, the available facilities are limited. You should also like dogs. They are present everywhere. No issue for us though. The view is very nice heading to Assisi.

A nice tranquil, family oriented hotel/restaurant located on a hillside, Torgiano Italy. Very clean rooms, but a little small, which is typical in southern/central Italy, and a pleasant and courteous staff. Their food is fresh, plentiful and very reasonably priced. I would definitely book another stay here if ever in this area of Italy again.

Wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was so nice, gave us a ton of very helpful information for things to see nearby, and just provided a lovely experience. We areived past the 10pm check in and they stayed for us which was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfy, but the air-con didnt work so was a very warm and uncomfortable first night in Italy. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.

It's fine for a one-night stay. The room was clean and quiet, the spa worked well, and the sauna and hammam were very hot. The grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast could be improved (they didn't have eggs, and the soy cappuccino was undrinkable). The kitchenettes are uncomfortable. The property feels a bit dated.

My wife and I stayed for a couple, with a room and breakfast, and one hour of exclusive access to the spa (heated whirlpool, Turkish bath, and sauna). The property is a stunning villa nestled in the countryside; we loved it; it was quiet and relaxing. The extremely friendly staff made us feel completely at ease, providing us with all the information we needed. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility

The five stars are for the location which is enchanting and above all immersed in nature and tranquility. The rooms of different styles and genres are particular but the bathrooms would need to be reviewed from a functionality point of view. Overall it is a good establishment.

Great stay Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. This a fantastic 13th century former castle near the airport (5 mins) reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic and one has just said taxi's are too expensive and is going to take us to the airport. That is real excellent service

Excellent location in the edge of Bastia Umbra, set in its own landscape. Rooms are in the first floor with views of garden or Assisi.

Really varied breakfast with many sweet options, including homemade cake, but also cheese and cold meats. The staff was superfriendly and you can speak English with owners. Large garden, friendly dogs, fenced, secure area around the house and convenient shadowed car park. There is lot of handouts, guides and maps of Umbria, Perugia, Assisi available.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run farmhouse. From the first moment we felt welcomed at home, thanks to the helpful and kind owners, who were always attentive to our every need and ready to offer helpful advice on what to see in the surrounding area.
