Amazing breakfast and first class service. Host was very attentive to details, the property is beautiful. Location is great, walking distance to a working monastery and to the town of Cortona. A peaceful spot and very safe. Beds were comfortable and the room was well appointed.

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, Silvia made us feel like longtime friends returning home. Her warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality were truly spectacular in every way. The food was nothing short of amazing—every meal felt like a lovingly prepared feast. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with every need thoughtfully covered, making our stay effortlessly comfortable.
We loved that we could easily walk into Cortona proper—such a charming town to explore. It’s also a perfect jumping-off point to visit other stunning Tuscan cities. This is more than just a hotel; it’s a heartfelt experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, highly recommend.
An amazing property that is managed with love and care. The location was easy to find using Google Maps and we parked at the door. The view was spectacular, the service was incredible and the evening meal on the terrace was one of the best we have had. A refreshing pool and a 5 star breakfast buffet to set us up for the day.

The breakfast assortment and quality were amazing. The view from the patio was very beautiful during breakfast. The manageress was very warm and welcoming.

Our overall experience at this hotel has been amazing from start to finish, Silvia make us feel so welcome and went out of her way to make our stay one we will remember. At check in I mentioned I was gluten intolerance the next day at breakfast there was a homemade GF cake. So helpful with local information. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had an amazing shower all cleaned to a high standard. Beautiful pool and terrance area. We will be going back.

Host, Silvia, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast choices were plentiful, fresh, and healthy. Dinners were of high quality and very well presented. Chef and servers very nice and professional.Ride to the center of Cortona is short and easy.

Locanda Agli Amici was the perfect place for our honeymoon stay in Cortona! From the moment we arrived, our host Sylvia was warm and inviting, making us feel instantly at home. The location itself is beautiful, and the entire staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with delicious options that started our days off perfectly. We truly wished we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Locanda Agli Amici to anyone visiting Cortona—it’s a wonderful experience that adds so much to any trip.
