I stayed at Hotel Aurora for a relaxing weekend. Although we had some trouble finding the hotel at first, the staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, providing us with clear directions to get there. Fortunately, we found parking behind the hotel, a convenient spot, even if the access road was a bit narrow.
Upon arrival, we were immediately given the room key, even though we had arrived before the official check-in time. The room was well-kept, clean, and spacious, with two terraces and a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and several pillows were provided.
We did encounter a small issue: the hairdryer in our room had some rusty water inside its holder, which could have been dangerous. As soon as we reported it to the reception, they promptly took action to resolve the problem and even offered to change our room. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help.
The hotel features two pools: one outdoor pool near the spa area (which includes a hot tub, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, ice fountain, and heated loungers) and one indoor pool located on the fourth floor, equipped with water jets and a hydromassage area. You can reach the indoor pool either through an outdoor path or directly from inside the hotel via stairs or elevator. I also loved the idea of providing a swimwear spinner to quickly dry bathing suits.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend.

Great holiday, nice family owned hotel in super central location with a super kind and professional receptionist (Alberto) while the woman at the cashier was making me feel uncomfortable for her anxiety and demotivated attitude
Hotel super clean and kids friendly.
Lunch and dinners are tasteful
Pools are great
The only con I noted that sauna, hamam and hydro massage were overcrowded and not always on creating long cues and preventing you get the maximum relax from your deserved leave.
Overall I like it and recommend
Overall old fashioned but well maintained and confortable.
I will definitely return

Small rooms, small bed for 2 people with uncomfortable spring mattress. Very noisy room. Next we changed the quieter room but the same size, bad cleaning, shower cabinet full of mold, with wool under the bed. Dust everywhere.
Excellent cuisine, nothing to say! Friendly staff. Clean pools, scant whirlpools, there is better

We have just returned home and we already feel a bit of nostalgia
A nice place, very kind staff, excellent and abundant lunch and dinner the staff at the tables always available and kind. What about sergey the fanghino always cheerful and helpful.
With the will: of God: we hope to return next year.I would also like to greet all the staff that we have not greeted personally

Located in the center of Abano, the hotel enjoys all the comforts.
Pleasant to spend time in the spa saunas and thermal pools located on the top floor and outdoors.
Classic environment furnished with taste for details.
I was pampered by the maitre Pier and delighted by the Chef's cuisine.
I highly recommend the bar inside the structure where Tonino will happily serve amazing cocktails.
I thank all the staff for the care and seriousness of the service.
