The hotel has an excellent central location, a beautiful garden, and a lovely pool that offers real peace and relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The room is small but exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and full of high-quality ingredients. A big plus is the spa area and the large private parking, which is always available for guests. The hotel also offers free bicycles, which is a nice touch, although it would be great if they renewed them from time to time — some were quite old and a few almost unrideable.

A very pleasant surprise was the welcome drink and the voucher for a spa treatment — such a thoughtful gesture that truly leaves a positive impression about the hotel and its care for guests. A small remark goes to the bathrobes provided in the spa area — they are quite old and worn out, so it would be nice to refresh them with new ones. Still, that’s really a minor detail compared to all the positive impressions.

The staff were generally very kind, professional, and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. However, I have to mention that one waitress (with curly hair) often seemed frowning and rather unfriendly in her communication, not only with me but also with other guests, which stood out a bit compared to the rest of the team.

Despite those few small details, my stay was truly lovely — the hotel radiates charm, comfort, and attention to detail. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and definitely a hotel I would be happy to return to. ❤️

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week. This hotel can be recommended, perfect location in Bardolino with a short distance to the center and all the restaurants. Great clean rooms with terrace and very good breakfast, even prosecco for breakfast. Lovely. The pool area is an experience in itself, a great pool with service and a huge green garden with space for everyone. We borrowed the bikes from the hotel and cycled to Garda and Lazise, ​​great cycle paths along the water. Although the hotel is located in the city center, it is quiet and nice. Pleasant staff who are always smiling, we loved the place.

We showed up in the morning to use the spa. We had it all to ourselves. After using the aroma showers, we smelled like peppermint and oranges for the next 2 days 🥰 I noted that the breakfast in the dining hall looked pretty good. The rooms were relatively inexpensive considering the amenities.

First off, we would like to thank the brothers, and owners, Paolo and Alessandro for an incredible service! They go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. We will definitely come back! Thank you again for an AMAZING stay in Capri!
