Everything about this place is truly spectacular. The absolute highlight of our trip and our favorite place in all of Italia!

Federico and his staff welcomed us warmly, with wine and a snack.

The views at the Quercia Belvedere Relais are stunning, the olive grove and the grape vine grounds are immaculate.

After visiting Sirmione, Lazise and Malcesine, we relaxed peacefully on the grounds on the lounge chairs with their wine, bread, olive oil, fruits, meats and cheeses.

Quercia Belvedere Relais is a 5 minutes drive to the ferries to other areas of Lake Garda.

The breakfast was made up of local products and served to perfection.

The room was spacious, spotless and decorated beautifully.

The only thing missing was a home cooked meal from Federico's mother.

Quercia Belvedere Relais is a hidden gem, it is amazing and a must stay if you are visiting Lake Garda.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in an upstairs room, Leccino, overlooking the olive trees and lake. Everything about our stay was wonderful from a breakfast overlooking the estate to drinking the estate produced wines. The situation and layout of the hotel makes for a very exclusive, relaxing, romantic and special experience. We did not have a car and managed to walk to and from Bardolino for our evening meals but the walk back uphill is quite a treck even for fit hikers like us, especially after a large meal with plenty of Italian wine. The option of hiring electric bikes is available from the hotel which we would have opted for had we stayed longer. There are numerous excellent restaurants in Bardolino. Federico the owner and manager was exceptionally helpful and readily available. Quercia was a standout hotel out of the 8 hotels we stayed in on a cycling tour of all the main Italian lakes. We hope to revisit Lake Garda for a car and cycling tour in the future and Quercia Belvedere will be at the top of our list for another stay. We can’t recommend it enough.

Everything about our stay was impeccably perfect. Beginning with the warm greeting by Federico, who brought us chilled glasses of rose and local specialties to enjoy on our balcony. Our beautiful, comfortable room overlooked the gorgeous olive groves and the sparkling lake. Breakfast was served outside with lovely choices of both sweet and savoury. And Federico was so helpful, making us dinner reservations in the best local restaurants and osterie. Our three-day stay at La Quercia was perfect in every respect.

What an unbelievable place Frederico has built up. Everything about it was 5 stars, the welcome the rooms and the breakfast were amazing. The cleanliness was 10 stars and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended and we will definitely return. If you want to travel around the lake you will need a car or bike as it is high up in the hills

Wonderfull place to visit, absolutely excellent service accomodation and breakfast. The garden is so beautiful and well maintained the selfmade wine from the wine garden at the property is one of the best we tasted in Italy! we come back for sure 😍 great staff and so friendly! 6 stars

Beautiful Beautiful place. Just what we wanted in terms of Italian authenticity with all the modern and luxury conveniences. Location was excellent too, only a 5 minute drive down into central Bardolino and the sunset views over the lake from up on the hills are stunning. Breakfast was exceptional, the brad new e-bikes available on site were brilliant for exploring (or just burning off some excess pasta!).

Honestly, one of the nicest places we have ever experienced! We arrived on a very hot summer day and Frederico welcomed us with a chilled glass of rose from his vineyard...extraordinary! Our large room included a kitchen /dining area and beautiful bath. Everything was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are well placed loungers throughout the property, we spent very peaceful hours reading among the olive trees while gazing at Lake Garda. While this was the only property on our trip that did not have a pool, the large, jetted spa under the pergola was an equally wonderful option. Breakfast was delicious, served tableside, including fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, eggs, cheeses, Italian meats, rolls and excellent coffees. Each morning we were treated to a breakfast 'dessert' croissant. Sitting at the table you can detect the scent of the lavender plants on the path! We had a lot of questions before and during our stay and Frederico was very helpful with answers, ideas and assistance with reservations (make sure you try Osteria Metti!!). He helped us with a 24km bike route though the local vineyards and we rented our e-bikes from the hotel. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay at the Relais a few more days to explore Bardolino area.

We have recently returned from our second visit to the idyllic La Quercia. What can we add to our first review of September 2023… Federico and his marvellous team ensure your stay is utterly exceptional and perfect from the moment you enter the tranquil and serene grounds of La Quercia. Overlooking perfectly manicured lawns, vineyards and olive groves, the vast gardens are ablaze with the colours and scents of many flowers including the stunning hydrangeas not to mention pretty lemon and other fruit trees - and the wonderfully spectacular view of the lake itself. Breakfasts are a leisurely affair - a daily visual delight and taste sensation presented so beautifully every morning in the terrace or lawns. The accommodation is elegant and luxurious and Federico and his unobtrusive team ensure every single attention to detail in met with kindness and exceptional care. It is a place of true calm and serenity - an oasis of peace and relaxation and the perfect base above Bardolino and to explore the lake. La Quercia is the place dreams are made of - a beautifully romantic setting with a quietness that is unparalleled - a place we will always return to in the future.
