The toilet seat was desperate to be replaced.
Bed sheets were only changed the day before we left.

Reception staff did not follow-up the booking for the taxi.
When checking out we were presented with
An assorted of bar tabs which did not relate to us. Mixture of coffee and alcohol.
One of the tabs related to a month before
We even arrived at the hotel.
The lady who I can only describe as having
Red hair, who dealt with are checking out was rude throughout the conversation
And kept speaking to my wife in German.
Unfortunately she does not benefit the
Hotel with her very poor customer service.
