The family running this hotel deserves an award! I stumbled across their accommodation and couldn’t have been happier with the room and service. I’m 8 months pregnant and they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was homemade and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend discovering this gem in Bardolino!

We traveled with two couples, so we all had different rooms. Everyone was very impressed. The rooms were modern and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was easy to operate, and everyone appreciated the peace and quiet. Needless to say, the rooms were very clean.
We were even more impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner family; you feel truly welcome.
The breakfast was excellent, all egg dishes were freshly prepared. Nothing was missing. There was even dark bread!
All I can say is that the website description is 100% accurate, which wasn't exactly to be expected, because there's always something wrong—but not here.

I stayed at this fabulous hotel with my daughter and sister, in October 2024.It is in a fantastic location not far from the ferry and within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants.We had a lovely clean room for the three of us. The hotel is family run and two sisters run the hotel along with their father they did an outstanding job looking after us. The breakfast was amazing with everything cooked to perfection We are already missing this fantastic Hotel and we can hardly wait for our return visit

Service is Exceptional The owner is a wonderful person they were so accommodating.( We asked if there was soy milk she didn’t have it but the next morning she did.
The location was perfect close enough to walk to shops and restaurants but just a block away so you don’t hear the people.
Soooo clean, breakfast was included.
We had a car and there’s parking a couple of small blocks walk away
I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a truly lovely family run hotel who take great pride in everything they do, to ensure their guests have a memorable stay. Fabulous fresh breakfast, homemade cakes and dinner made with love. Sparkling clean accommodation. Friendly, helpful and very efficient. Lovely roof terrace and view.

Located on a quiet street right on the edge of the pedestrianised area of beautiful Bardolino, the location was perfect. This is a family run hotel, managed by Barbara, Elizabeth and their parents. All are extremely friendly and welcoming, always trying to help. The hotel has some rooms at the front with balconies that overlook gardens and towards the lake. We had a family room on the lower floor which was very large with its own living room area, bedroom and bathroom. It was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a lovely roof top terrace for relaxing on. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family run hotel. Food was spot on and the location in my opinion is just about perfect. Off the main area just a little so not noisy but close enough to walk into the older part of town. Great roof top patio and the room was fantastic. Short walk to the front and and local shops. I'm sorry I can't remember the ladies name buy she was a wonderful host, speaking German and English effortlessly. The type of place our return visit could be based around depending on their availability.

We stayed with Barbara and Elisabetta for two nights, but they were wonderful! They are very kind, the hotel is right in the center of Bardolino, 2 steps from the restaurants and the lakefront! Super recommended!

we spent a few days with you last autumn and are still amazed by the warmth of your family..
The rooms and the bathroom are well equipped and sparkling clean, the balcony with the view is just a dream, and your home-made dishes, which you can order in the morning, are just meraviglioso e delizioso!!! And the breakfast has everything and more you could wish for.
The prices are very fair and the parking lot, which is nearby, is also included. The hotel is wonderfully quiet and yet close to the center and we will definitely come back.

A very nice hotel with a super friendly staff. Very helpful in every way.
We came here because our car broke down and our insurance company bookes this hotel for us. When we arrived everything was taken care of, making it possible for us to just settle in and relax, after a very long day at the car repair shop.
