This hotel exceeds our expectations, everything is new or like new, very modern. Decor with a great taste, beautiful lobby and bar, easy and quick check in. NIce elevator, very beautiful room with a nice balcony with lake view. Bathroom with everything that you need, very nice shower, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable abd clean. Staff very helpful and very welcoming. Hotel very close to ferry snd bus stop. Very happy with this hotel, Thanks.

The bedrooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast with coffee in the morning. The only challenge was if you have a car you need to park about a half mile away. It was fine, because the location of the hotel was perfect for a stay in Garda.

Very Friendly family run hotel, the rooms are modern and bright with a great shower and the bar area is very cosy. The location is ideal just a short walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with lots of choice - great value for money.

Third visit to this excellent hotel run by a very nice family. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is very good. Good location about fifty metres from the shore line and surounded by places to eat. Thoroughy recommended for your trip to Garda. For the best deal book directly with the Hotel.

Stylish affordable little hotel .
We loved the hotel, its small, stylish, well maintained with friendly family staff and laid back vibe . You can drive to hotel to leave luggage, parking is 10 min walk .
Id have liked more storage and a full length mirror .

First impression - looks good. Decor good. Location good.
problem 1 - TV did not work apart form a few Italian channels, despite long list of available channels on list in the room. Told staff who did nothing about it.
problem 2 - if you like BOOM BOOM music until after midnight, then stay here . If you want to sleep, look elsewhere.
problem 3 - on check out we were asked for "room tax". Fine, but they would only accept cash. The other hotels we stayed at took credit card. When we explained that we did not have the cash, the proprietor started raising his voice and could suddenly speak English, which he apparently could not do earlier in our stay. Told him we had a bus to catch, but he was adamant that he would only take cash and told us to go to ATM. Not sure if this is a scam. As I said earlier the other hotels all took credit card

A lovely small modern hotel ideal base, with good air con . A little more storage would have been good , its slightly ' style over function ' with small bedside tables which look lovely but Id have prefeŕed some storage. Lovely breakfast, fresh baked goods , meat and cheese .

Can't do half stars but 3.5. food was pleasant enough, staff do what is needed nothing more (nothing less) but overall not wow. Location is good, but where isnt in Garda?

Delicious Gluten free Pizzas! Really tasty An extensive Menu clearly stating what could be Gluten free or vegan. A very friendly host, great location on the waterfront and a pleasant atmosphere. We would strongly recommend it for those with gluten allergies and look forward to eating there again soon.

Very good location on the beach promenade. A hotel that has its own restaurant. Breakfast was included in our price. The rooms were cleaned every day. Ac was set a bit stingy from the owner. The location is top class. In the middle of all the restaurants. It took about 15 minutes to the beach. The four of us are very satisfied with the accommodation. Very affordable accommodation. If you come by car, you can drive in and unload, but there is a large parking lot across the road. It cost €12 för 24 timmar.

Super cute location. Option to sit inside, outside with a view over the lake or in a small Italian alley. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. The Italian desert for two and macaroni arrabiata are good suggestions.

Could of sat outside of here the whole holiday long. The food was beautiful and all the staff were really friendly. My partner and myself are vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We went twice on our holiday and the second time we watched the sunset. It was absolutely stunning. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back on our next visit to Garda!
