Hotel La Dolce Vita in Cavaion Veronese

This review is long overdue, but better late than never! Our stay at Hotel La Dolce Vita back in April was truly one of the most unforgettable hotel experiences of our lives. The level of service, combined with the warm, personal touch from the hosts, is something rare and special these days. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and treated as though we were part of the family.

The owner, whose life journey is nothing short of extraordinary (and who might share her incredible story if you’re fortunate enough to earn her trust), and her daughter are two of the most delightful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting recently.

Beyond the exceptional human connection, the hotel itself is absolutely charming. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially at sunset (even if our photo doesn’t quite do it justice), and the breakfast is both delicious and varied. We loved that bicycles were available for guests, allowing us to explore the nearby waterfront for a swim or to wander through the picturesque Italian village where the hotel is nestled.

If you’re unsure of what to do, the owner knows the region inside out and always has fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to see.

In summary, although we only spent four days at this beautiful hotel, it felt like a two-week retreat—we returned home feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. The owner and her daughter are truly exceptional hosts, and we can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

The host is super nice and very helpful. The hotel is excellently located – perfect for a beautiful and picturesque holiday. I can only highly recommend this place – it’s a must-stop when visiting Lake Garda! Free parking, spacious rooms, and a breathtaking view of the lake.

Beautiful décor, clean and large sized ensuite and bed. Lovely furnishings and view to Lake Garda. Very convenient for access to the east side of the lake. Respect the owner Hostess - so helpful for anything requested. Peaches with honey and orange juice absolutely delicious as part of large breakfast selection.

Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were greeted with a smile and welcoming drinks by Carolina who is the owner of the hotel. The hotel is very nicely decorated with what it seems hand picked antique pieces.
There is a lovely big terrace surrounded by flowers along with a view of Lake Garda.
Our room was very clean and had high ceilings, looking into a balcony again with the view of the lake.
Breakfast was also included which was great. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is also in the middle of all the cities we wanted to visit, short drive from it we easily reached Lezise, Bardolino and Sirmione.

Carolina was also kind enough to drive us over to somewhere last minute, taking from her personal time, this was much appreciated.

Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Lovely small hotel with amazing views from the rooms and the restaurant. Rooms have air conditioning, breakfast was amazing with a lot of cakes to choose from. The beds are huge and comfy.
