Very nice hotel. As it was 20 years ago when we first visited. I would prefer tennis to be included, and some facilities like bikes to use or a gym (it is advertised as a sport hotel!). Also a few more serving staff on duty at mealtimes would be appreciated but those that are there are very nice and helpful.

A very relaxing family vacation.
A great hotel. The rooms were great, although the balcony doors were a bit rickety. The breakfast was perfectly fine, with something for everyone. Unfortunately, you can't sit outside. The pool is great, and the bar is also a very nice place to sit. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The parking garage and the passage from it to the rooms are the only downside and will hopefully be renovated soon. The construction site across the street is a bit annoying at times, but bearable as long as you're not in the hotel all the time.

We spent two nights passing through Lake Garda and went to the Arena in Verona in the evening. Given the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our two rooms were obviously relatively recently renovated and fully met our expectations. Our teenagers were particularly impressed by the pool. Breakfast was also better than expected. Everything was there, even if the coffee wasn't great. For dinner, you can choose between three dishes for the starter and main course – it was really good.

We had an apartment which was great. Large master bedroom with private toilet.
Very few people at the pool and no problem bringing floaties for the kids.

Wonderful location with a fantastic view of Garda and Lake Garda from the balcony. We stayed in the apartment complex, renovated in 2024. It's a spacious apartment with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, air conditioning, and a balcony with a view. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the complex. There's a good pool, always a sunbed available, a delicious cappuccino in the morning, and friendly staff. And it's all within walking distance of the lake and town center. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle, or simply relax at the complex.

We stayed in the newly renovated Villa Mimosa, had an apartment, and we have only the best things to say. The furnishings, bathroom, etc., were all top-notch. We booked dinner with the package and were thoroughly satisfied. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Old and worn
Obviously those stars were given many years ago… dirty, old and I need of a renovation… Breakfast very simple.

I have never seen a place like this, the rooms have old broken furniture and with all kinds of signs of wear, cleanliness never exists. Given such a dirty place, the structure is very old and dilapidated there is a total lack of care for anything the staff (apart from the girl at the bar) is practically dumbfounded the girl at the reception was shocked by our request for a extra and clean towel...so much so that she wasn't able to satisfy us etc etc etc etc etc I don't recommend it the only thing that matches the photo is the swimming pool...we ran away I suggest you don't throw away the money

Fantastic location and one of the biggest pools in the area - 25m long, great for swimming! There's also 5 tennis courts but not all are kept clean.
Great bar for drinks and snacks, food was good and staff was friendly & helpful.
The one thing that was unfortunately a disappointment is the room & bathroom. I really like a vintage style where nothing seems to have changed since the hotel was built. But the couch, bed and facilities such as the shower desperately need to be replaced. A coat of paint would be good too.
Hopefully these things can be taken care of after a good season this summer 😉
