A Horror Movie of a Hotel!

This place should not be rated as a three-star hotel—in fact, it shouldn’t even be called a hotel at all.

The entire property is filthy and poorly maintained. The staff are extremely unfriendly. One man seems to be doing everything—porter, receptionist, housekeeper, and waiter—yet he is clearly unqualified for any of these roles.

The rooms are tiny. My colleague and I were given a double room with two beds pushed together. When we asked at reception, they told us we could separate them ourselves. Obviously, that’s not my job. When the receptionist finally, and very reluctantly, did it for us, we discovered an even bigger problem: there was no space left for our luggage. On top of that, the room had only one blanket and one cover, with no option to get an extra one.
There is a TV, but it’s placed next to the wardrobe, making it impossible to watch from the bed. The air conditioning unit existed but didn’t work. The bathroom had a shower cabin measuring about 70 x 70 cm—so small that it’s impossible to shower properly. The balcony was almost larger than the room itself, but it was covered in bird droppings, especially the chairs, which made them unusable. To make matters worse, the balcony door couldn’t even be closed.

The room was full of hair and feathers, while the towels and sheets were dirty and covered with hair of various kinds.
The food was another nightmare. The waiter carried plates with his finger inside the dish, which was enough to kill any appetite. And once you actually tasted the food, you lost the will to eat altogether.

All in all, this was a disgusting experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars to reflect just how bad it truly is.

The location is the only good thing about this place, the staff is horrible, food is horrible, rooms are okay but they can be dirty. I found hair on the bed that had sheets "changed" 🤢 if you can avoid this place, just do it.

The room was tiny, and the bathroom was built into a truly minimal space, with a shower enclosed by a simple curtain—practically a slit. The walls of the stairs are peeling, and the overall appearance leaves much to be desired. A real shame, because the location is excellent, just steps from the sea. This place deserves to be redeveloped by someone capable of restoring its dignity.

Hotel Christian in Jesolo was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The photos online are totally misleading. Sure, the rooms might look okay in the pictures, but they conveniently leave out the bathrooms, which are old, dirty and in awful condition. It honestly felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or renovated in years. Reception? Basically non-existent. Every time we needed something, we had to wait at least five minutes for someone to show up. And when someone finally did (some kind of manager, not a proper receptionist) he was rude, unhelpful and just plain unpleasant to deal with. We asked about a lost charger, and instead of helping us, he started raising his voice, asking why we had lost it, like it was our fault. No understanding, no solution, just attitude. And the worst part? A thief literally entered rooms at night. All the terraces on the first floor are connected by a tiny fence anyone can jump. Someone got in through one of them and went from room to room stealing things while people were sleeping. And the hotel takes zero responsibility . Unless your stuff was in the safe, you’re on your own. Honestly, this place is a joke. It’s unsafe, the staff don’t care, and the whole experience was awful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

June 2025. Let me start by saying I'm still wondering who, how, and by what criteria they give hotels stars. Because this property is rated one or two (and you know what to expect), but not three, deceiving the buyer. What can I say? During check-in, the receptionist was visibly irritated by the guest before us because she couldn't find a parking space, and in fact the guest was right, because their concept of parking is to drive around the hotel and, if you're lucky, find one; otherwise, on the right, €2 a day, on the left, €3 a day. Let's skip it. The room had the bare minimum, to say the least. The bathroom was a cubicle. The ventilation didn't work; if you're not thin enough, you can't get in, you can't get out, you can't take a shower. It's "Ancient Egyptian" style; you enter from the side. The air conditioning didn't work, so much so that I died of the heat that night. Since I couldn't sleep, I wanted to drink a herbal tea, but alas, there was no kettle or cup or anything like that. The mattress was quite hard, but the problem was the "pillow," which was a thin slice of cheese. And there were no others. During the night, the toilet/bidet even started dripping water... It went on for hours and hours... The balconies are rusty, and with illustrious guests, entire families of pigeons who have made their huge nests there. It means they don't care at all, not about care, hygiene, not even business cards. Last but not least, I have the feeling they came into the room looking for things. Before going down to the beach (where I took everything of possible value with me, documents, earrings, watch...) I had left my purse (empty, therefore) in the room inside the CLOSED suitcase, and before leaving I even stared at the image of the closed suitcase. When I returned to the room, around 5 pm, the suitcase was OPEN. Clearly, they found nothing, whoever did it. But be very careful. Their only good thing is their proximity to the beach. If you care about not getting robbed and just having a carefree time and sleeping, don't come here 😅.

I have recently checked out of this hotel and I was very disappointed with the state the hotel was in compared to the photos and descriptions given. Check in was simple and staff pleasant. Location was great by a lovely beach and some lovely restaurants near by and useful with the bus stop right outside the hotel to go into lido di Jesolo whereby you could travel further to Venice,airport, Punta Sabbioni etc. The room itself I found very small even for a solo traveller, there was a tv however due to its placement and the small room was unable to be used, the room felt very unclean and very dusty and dirty under the bed. Wardrobe was decent size for solo traveller. In description was stated a mini bar however this was not present, balcony was with two plastic chairs however birds taken over very noisy through the day and morning especially by making babies!! The walls are very thin and you can hear every footstep, every toilet use and every open and closing of doors. The hotel is suppose to have a restaurant/pizzeria and bar located by reception however this was closed throughout the entire stay gave me the impression of abandoned and not been open for a while and therefor could not have a drink at the hotel. The pool itself nicest area of the hotel. However advertised and sign to suggest bar service however not available due to no bar at the hotel.
