The owner's response below says it all. Don't expect anything because he feels that's not what you pay for.
As for the true aspect, there is no benefit or incentive to lie, there's only helping other people who travel for business.

It was empty, the room was way too basic not even the normal essentials like a water boiler or coffee and tea were available, not in the room or the hotel for that matter. The breakfast was terrible with 0 vegan options not even fruits or vegetables, burned croissants,s, and disgusting coffee. The dog of the owner and the receptionist were the only two good things about this hotel. I was here for business but I couldn't even sit at the desk in the room because the tv monitor was on it using up most of the desk space, the desk was too low and there was no lobby to work in either. Don't book this place for a business trip. Additionally, no shampoo or bath soap was provided, only a very small piece of soap bar for the two of us.
