Spacious, quiet rooms with very good linen.
Hotel located in a very central area with sufficient parking.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely small 'private' hotel with good facilities and service. If you're in that area, it is worth using and close to the park, restaurants, and botanical garden.

This hotel's location is probably it's biggest merit. You'll be able to see most of Padova walking. Rooms were clean and spacious, with nice bathrooms and a good WiFi coverage. Staff was welcoming. Parking was a bit strange cause you had to be let into the parking lot by the receptionist. Breakfast was a little bit of let down, the choice wasn't big.

We have good friends who live in Padua and they recommended. So wonderful, Fantastic location side street around the Prato (park), impeccably clean, comfortable bed, A/C although hardly needed. Very nice breakfast with everything you could want (all the cheeses and cured meats more than we usually would have). Such a nice stay that upon leaving I told the owner I would not have batted an eye if the price was 50% more

This well-positioned and clean hotel presented us with a large room and bathroom. Friendly dining and reception staff. We were pleasantly surprised with a complementary bottle of wine - thank you! Secure parking for travelling cyclists.

Stayed here for a night. Clean, friendly staff. Great location. Happy with the stay. Room was available early in the day which was nice but also expect an earlier checkout. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. It doesn’t inspire romance but a good place to use as a base if you’re exploring the city.

My granddaughter & I stayed here for 2 nights the week before Christmas. This hotel is a true gem that is conveniently located, spotlessly clean & has obviously been recently renovated. The owner & staff are all friendly, helpful & gracious. The breakfast buffet offerings were fresh & delicious. My room overlooked the piazza where there was an ice rink so watching the skaters was delightful! An added bonus was a lovely restaurant just steps from the door of the hotel. We hope to return to Padua again this year & will definitely stay at the Hotel al Prato.

The hidden gem is next to the Prato della Valle - the largest square in Europe. The hotel is clean, the receptions are helpful and the breakfast is adequate. Wifi is strong at all times. The hotel contains a lift. The only absence is a coffee/tea facilities in the room, even though these are offered at the reception. It would have been nicer had we had coffee/tea in the room too. Close to the hotel there is the church of St Anthony of Padova. The centre of Padova is walking distance, and the train station can easily be reached by a bus which passes in front of the hotel. Will surely stay again at this hotel if we are in the area.
