Very convenient location for exploring Padua on foot - everything is reachable in 20 minutes of easy walk. Hotel has a deal with nearby public garage. Staff is friendly and informative. Unfortunately, no bar or restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of options nearby. Good breakfast. Clean, cosy rooms. Good option for short tourist visit to the beautiful city of Padua.

I walked past this hotel daily as I was staying with a friend in Padova. This hotel always had the nicest staff and the patrons always dressed very well. The location is great for walking around near restaurants and they will hail a taxi when you want go further. They even went out of their way to hold a lost item of mine at the desk so I could retrieve it. I know when I return, I will stay here!

Our room was incomplete. There was no electricity in the sockets except in the bathroom. We had a 2-bed room, only one of which had an socket. The servers at breakfast were rude. I drank my coffee and they took my cup because the table had to be re-set. I had breakfast for 15 minutes, all at 8:30.

Hotel was nice but provided rooms three floors apart for our family of four which seemed odd. When we asked about rooms close to each other, the receptionist treated this as a very strange request. In general reception staff was not very friendly. Location was good, between city centre and station.

The room was cleaned daily, amazing breakfast, friendly staff and great location. Overall, we highly recommend it.

Very nice location. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast had a nice range of choices. a/c in the room was great and very welcome for the hot summer nights!
The bed in my room was disappointing. The mattress was too hard, pillows too flat, and blanket was too thin. I was hoping for something for comfortable and more pampering.

Great Hotel in excellent location
The weather was hot, but the remote controlled air conditioning was wonderful. Made a huge difference in the comfort of my stay. The shower was small, which would have been fine, but it was in need of a new shower head. Great location. Close to the train station on a lovely tree-lined street. Near both the Padova Baptisery and the Scrovegni Chapel. Also near chic shopping district and restaurants.

Unsafe, rude, and absolutely not worth it. The balconies are a major safety hazard you can easily jump from one to the next, which made me feel completely exposed. Check-in isn’t allowed until 7 PM (yes, 7 PM!), and the staff has zero respect for guests. On top of that, the rooms are shockingly tiny — you’ll feel crammed in like it’s a cheap hostel, not a so-called hotel. Overall: unsafe, unwelcoming, and a total waste of money.

Great location. Amenities are basic but everything was very clean. The staff were excellent. When I left my mobile behind, they helped straight away and I received it back safely in Thailand. I’m truly grateful and happy to recommend.

They allowed us to have a late checkout, which was very convenient since we had a late train.
