We arrived and didn't appreciate the Hotels location until we stepped outside each day. Although we were in the off season, the onset of winter (November), we absolutely appreciated the help that we received as we searched for small villages to visit. The local knowledge was appreciated. We hardly knew that there were others staying there - only discovered who at the provided breakfast. It was so quiet! The breakfast was always at our nominated time and hot. The young man who served and assisted was excellent. Highly recommended.

Staff is very gentle, answer doubts, make suggestions, distribute citymaps and timetable for the boats. Very cosy rooms end good bathrooms. Breakfast very tasty at the time you preselect. Fantastic localization. Walking distance from the shore, boat rentaals and all turistic attractions. also walking distance from train station

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in order to visit the Lake Garda area and it was a great choice. The location is ideal, central, close to bus, ferry, train travel, restaurants/bars and shops. The room was spacious with some outside space. The breakfast and service were excellent. You had to order breakfast the night before but not a problem and the choice was varied with hot meal options. Cleanliness first class and very quiet at night. Our hosts Flavia and Fabrizio were always available, friendly and attentive - very welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely small hotel located on a quiet street right in middle of town. First impressions are good as it looks like a quality property. Lovely helpful staff. We had top floor suite which was on 2 levels. Large bedroom and an upstairs lounge. Private balcony off the bedroom. So quiet despite being in middle of town. Large bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi bath. Good aircon, fridge in room, tv's in both the bedroom and the lounge area. Location was about 1km from railway station and less than 1 min to lakeside and ferry terminal and bus stops. The whole hotel is finshed to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. Loved this hotel and it's location.

Had a lovely stay, the room was very comfortable and a really nice touch in being supplied with bottles of water each day. Being able to order your breakfast the night before is a great idea as it avoids wastage. The omelets were delicious and the croissants are gigantic - don't think I've ever seen them that big before. All very good - Thank you !

Second time staying at this hotel. Fantastic stay again. Hotel is very centrally located, lovely rooms & serviced every day, great breakfast made fresh when you go to the breakfast room and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would rate this property a blank 5 star in every aspect. We are thankful to the staff of Al Cappitani for our excellent staying in Peschiera di Garda. The hotel itself is a very old building right in the centre of the town, but refurbished with great care and attention to detail. If you want to stay inside the town, this is the place to be. We were given a room that overlooked the main street, and we had a small but very cozy balcony. The room's size is decent but the bathroom was surprisingly big. Furnishing was modern and complete. A big plus is the proximity to the parking lot of the piazza. In general, our choice of AI Capitani was great and would recommend this hotel to anyone

While a quick solo visit to Peschiera was only for one night, I am so glad I chose Palazzo Ai Capitani. Tucked in a quiet street in the heart of the old town area, it's easy to walk to all sorts of restaurants and main sights. The hotel is elegant from the exterior to the ancient frescos peeking out from the walls, and the well-appointed rooms. My room was spacious and immaculate, with a wonderful bathroom and storage space I wish I had in my own home! The included breakfast was excellent, with buffet items as well as pre-ordered main dishes. And the staff was warm, informative, and professional - so helpful from start to finish. I would stay here again for sure!
