We had noisy neighbours. A bunch of 20 year olds who partied outdoors with loud music till 3 to 4am. Fortunately, the crossover was for 2 nights only. It was so bad, I slept in the car both nights. Campsite security tried once to get them to be quite but the one fella on security was ignored. Eurocamp did nothing. To add insult to injury we were hit with a €70 fine because they said we didn't clean the holiday home. Utter nonsense. They took a couple of photos. One piece of cotton wool in bin, a couple of hairs in sink. It would have taken all of 1 minute to sort that out. We cleaned all floors, stripped beds, all rooms emptied, fridge emptied and cleaned. An utter disgraced. We were gouged. Pure profiteering. We also complained to Eurocamp at the time about our noisy neighbours by email. We have yet to receive a reply from them. I've been with Eurocamp for at least 8 holidays. All terrific. However, after this experience, I will never use them again.

We are here at the moment. The campsite is all you’d expect, we have been very happy with everything, except the extortionate prices, until the last couple of evenings. The square where families gather in the evening has turned into chaotic scenes of rowdiness. Groups of teenagers are gathering and behaving in an extremely inappropriate manner, for a family resort. They can only be described as large groups of noisy and intimidating mobs. Their behaviour in the pool during the day has been equaling disturbing. They are taking over the whole pool leaving it unsafe for other holiday makers. I hope management can rectify this matter so we can continue our holiday in a safe, relaxing, family environment, as we had expected from Altomincio.

My family—comprising four adults and two children (aged 6 and 13)—had booked a three-bedroom bungalow for a two-night stay at Hu Village. Immediately after check-in, we parked our rented vehicle FORD TRANSIT in the designated P6 parking area and proceeded to inspect the bungalow. Within approximately 15 minutes, we returned to the vehicle to collect our luggage, only to find the car window shattered and all our belongings stolen. The stolen items included: - Four suitcases containing clothing, shoes, electronics, and personal items - Two laptops (Lenovo and HP Elitebook) - Jewelry, including white gold earrings with diamonds - Children’s toys and souvenirs - Life-critical heart medication and two blood pressure monitoring devices belonging to my brother, who recently underwent major heart surgery and requires medication every six hours - Important personal documents, including IDs, debit cards, and work materials This traumatic event occurred in the presence of Hu facility’s security guard, raising serious concerns about the effectiveness of on-site security. We immediately notified the staff and filed a police report with the Carabinieri Station of Valeggio sul Mincio on June 26, 2025. The emotional and physical toll on our family has been severe. My brother’s health was put at serious risk due to the loss of his medication and medical equipment. He must avoid stress, yet this incident caused extreme anxiety and fear. Our children were left traumatized, crying and unable to sleep, and we were forced to abandon our holiday and return to Bulgaria with a broken vehicle window and no belongings. The total value of the stolen items exceeds €15,000, as supported by the attached receipts (Samsonite, Technomarket, and others). While we acknowledge the gesture of providing six t-shirts, a dinner voucher, and some basic medication, this is grossly inadequate given the magnitude of our loss and the trauma endured. To add insult to injury, we recently received an email from your reception staff requesting that we sign a declaration stating we will reimburse €546.56 for the items provided and waive any liability on your part. This request is not only inappropriate but deeply offensive, given your facility’s failure to provide a secure environment.
