Stayed for 10 days with family while over from the UK. We loved the site, great pools, aqua fit classes, animation team were excellent. Food was very nice quality and value for money. Site felt very safe with a nice atmosphere. Cars not allowed within accommodation so expect to park a way from your room. We thought the golf carts were sometimes driven a bit too fast so need to keep an eye on very small children. It's only 25 minutes from the airport and about the same to Lake Garda, so we'll located.

It was absolutely disgusting, the houses were tiny and filled with insects such as stink bugs, ants and spiders. Way too little space for six people like most of these houses promise

We have just booked our 3rd family holiday back to Altomincio. Travelling June 2026. Last holiday September 2025 and June b4 that. Beautiful family park, spotlis clean, staff work so hard entertaining all day long. We book the cabin with hottub so it's close to main area and pools. Our children are 6 & 11 and kids love it. Car is not necessary but we feel does make the holiday. Can go to cheaper supermarkets offsite and handy for exploring. No cars on site. Very safe.

Family friendly village. Good pools + store and minidisco at the evenings. Maybe if you are planning a longer stay (1-2 weeks), then you might want to go some other places also. The village is far away at the country side and ther is no bublic transportation near. Taxi and Uber are VERY expensive. Closest bus stop is abt 1,2-2 km away. We left the village almost every day, so there was a lot of walking. If you are planning to stay only at the village, then no problem. It is a very nice place for families.

The bike hire here is absolutely atrocious and they will cause a serious accident before long. We hired two bikes - the chain fell off the first one twice so we swapped it for another. We cycled to peschiera and came back when it was getting dark - the lights didn’t work. We cycled about 1km and then the chain fell off again. I would be the first to say if my husband was messing around but he was genuinely just cycling at a slow speed and didn’t even dare change gears. We had to walk 5 miles home in the pitch black by the river with a 1 year old baby. The company wouldn’t give us a refund as we “didn’t report it straight away” - at 22:30 at night when they were closed?? We reported it to reception at that time. Hu altomincio and eurocamp know about this so if they do not take any action and removed village bike.it from their site you will know they also do not care about their guests.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at this place and I would happily return or recommend this to my family and friends.

Caravans were good, clean and had everything we would expect from a Eurocamp site. WiFi was good in the caravans no complaints from the kids, the caravans are a little close together and we did have neighbours up until midnight on their balcony. One call to reception and this was resolved in about 10 minutes by the staff.

The park is very clean and tidy, lots of things going on to entertain the kids. The pools are brilliant with some great slides that you can have some great fun on. The main pool with the splash park was a big hit with our kids as well. We would do the slides pool in the morning and the main pool and splash park in the afternoon.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all this is a great site located 10 minute drive from Lake Garda. So many beautiful places to visit if you have a car. If you’re willing to drive about an hour each way then you can see even more. Venice, Burano, Sirmione, Peschiera Del Garda, Malcesine and Limone.

My only moan was I didn’t realise you needed to book the golf buggy to help you when I was checking out. When I was due to checkout and needed to load the van there was an hour wait for someone to help. I did like the fact that it was a car free campsite though and the kids were safe to roam around knowing they were safe.

Staff at Hu Altomincio please keep up the hard work and thanks for the wonderful memories that we made at a great place🥰

The camping is very nicely maintained, the staff is amazing. Our mobile home was brand new, two bedrooms kitchen and a great terrace with two sides, on the one a corner couch and on the other the table. A great feature a small gas grill outside each house. There are three pools one for the really little ones, one with the water slides and a very big one for swimming. We spend almost 90% of our time on the one with the slides. People tend to go early to reserve sunbeds, but we were able to find some. A good selection of food and an even better one of drinks. For the evening there is a place with a big oven doing only pizzas which were really good. The entertainment team was amazing and trying to entertain the children the whole day. The supermarket in the camping had a great variety of foods and drinks. The camping is in a nice distance from Gardasse 10 minutes from the nearest village. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location. A lot of activities for kids. Unfortunately, service was very slow. And the check in was not smooth at all. It took approximately 1 hour to receive some assistance with our luggage. The barbecue was not working and even after submitting a request, no one arrived to fix it.

Lovely clean site .Pool facilities very good in both pools and floats allowed no problem. Supermarket well stocked but one or two staff a bit grumpy . Lots of lovely walks by the river and 10 mins walk to the village along the river. Site is very active from early morning tho kids out shouting and screaming from around 7am . Take away is average and restaurant food was very good but service was slow. Candy shop staff very good as are the staff in the ice cream parlour. Lifeguards are very fair but the aqua bikes in the evening time are a mess expecting people to keep out of that area of the pool and not closing the area off it is very busy in the evening time. Bus to local town a few minutes walk from the back gate is very good. Would return but would bring earplugs

This camp is definitely a great place to visit if you have children. They have a very large pool just for small kids and a large normal pool. The campground is huge and NOT suitable if you have trouble walking because the parking almost certainly is far from your cabin. At arrival and departure the staff was friendly and take our luggage to and from the cabin in their golf cart. One thing we missed was something like a football field. This review sounds negative but its not. We loved the place and if we ever have vacation in or nearby Garda again we would return.
