Many italians, only Animation in italian. Food really good, but the Location of the Hotel is not That Good and Animation in the evening was not that good, maybe because it was end of Season

Food is really great, congratulation to all the staff at restaurant! A special thanks to Flora, Laura and Alessandro B. at reception, always helpful and very kind. My kids enjoyed a lot the outdoor space giving them opportunity to play some sport out. It's really a great place for holiday with family!

Marco and Noémi are very nice and everyone is helpful, we will come back here. The rooms are clean and the programs are good. Anyone who likes Italian cuisine can taste many delicious dishes here. Béla from Hungary❤️

Thanks to all the staff and particularly to Martina, impressed by services and kindness of all personnel. Antonio is tue king of the grill and the food is amazing. Very impressive experience, highly recommended. This is the top place in the area, which is also very interesting as reached in terms of sport and summer campus offer.

Very good staff!! The entertainment was amazing, Giulia was very good with the gym, India, Marjo and Claudia were amazing with the childreen, thanks to them you can relax in peace! Chiara was very very good with us, she organized cards' champions and stuff! Gioele e Gaia were very good with the junior club! Amazing game and schiumapartyyyyy🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I will come next year 💯

GRAZIE DELLE COCCOLE, partendo dall'animazione capitanata dalla pazzerella di Alessia sempre pronti a farci divertire, aperitivi pazzeschi con Nunzio, Noemi e Jessica, il personale delle pulizie con camere sempre pulite e profumate, grazie allo chef per l' ottima cucina e al mago della griglia!!! Reception sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta e bagnini sempre pronti al salvataggio in piscina sempre apposto e pulita...questo è quello che troverete in questo hotel.🥰

STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!!! Domattina si riparte dopo 5 giorni BELLI, FELICI, SPENSIERATI. Al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti subito soddisfatti della struttura, nuova e super pulita. C'è un formicaio di persone sempre in movimento per farci trovare sempre tutto in ordine. Tutti sempre col sorriso. Giornate organizzate per grandi e piccini. La squadra degli animatori è stupenda: Alessia, Milo, Claudia, Mario, Ivan, Giacomo, Giulia. Ci hanno coinvolto in esperienze che non avremmo mai fatto da soli. In questo villaggio tutto fila sempre liscio. Ovviamente si mangia bene. La mascotte è geniale, raccolgono gettoni per sensibilizzare sul tema dell'ambiente. Le cameriere ai piani hanno sempre un sorriso e un complimento per i bambini. All'ingresso un totem con il nome di tutti i dipendenti così da sapere chi c'è dietro alle nostre vacanze. Avrei ancora un sacco di cose da elogiare, ma vi toglierei la sorpresa. La miglior vacanza con i bambini.

We spend a week here with three children the staff are very nice and helpful. The food is excellent a lot of variety of first courses (which I found super being a lover of pasta) of second courses a super appetizer pizza, grilled meat and fish, the dining room staff is very kind and efficient, the assistant cook is also fantastic. The pool is the top with Monica and Vito (good morning Mrs. 😂) always kind and helpful. my room was spacious and clean thanks to Camilla and Angela I have never found such a clean room in any hotel. The beautiful animations Alessia and Kevin very good. We also saw a show with a blonde lady who made soap bubbles stupendo.very good even the gentlemen of photography have immortalized a lot of beautiful memories. Thank you all see you next year.
