Our room offered a fantastic view of Lake Garda, and every morning we woke up to a magical panoramic view of the water. The hotel is perfectly located – close to both the harbor, where boats depart for Limone, and the charming old town, all within easy walking distance.
Breakfast was excellent and varied from day to day, so we could try something new every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with everything from travel tips to transportation. They truly cared about making sure guests had the best possible stay – both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.
We would definitely stay here again and enjoy beautiful Malcesine once more.
15-minute walk to the castle, which has beautiful views from the top. The front desk gives you a visitor card for discounted entry—definitely worth it!
The staff was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast, included with the stay, was expansive: fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, bread, natural yogurts with hemp and chia seeds, plus a honeycomb and local bee pollen—great for allergies!
We only had breakfast at the hotel but saw many guests enjoying dinner on the patio, which has shaded mornings and gorgeous sunset views.
There’s a pool perfect for families, though we spent all our time at the lake. Our room was comfortable with excellent shower pressure and a private balcony with a partial lake view—we loved the breeze, privacy, and beautiful sights. Don’t worry if Superior Lake View rooms are sold out; partial views are great too.
Everything was wonderful, and we’re already planning to return!
The location and outlook of the hotel was very good and within walking distance of the Castle. The breakfast was varied and very nice and all the staff were professional and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
The pool was not heated although refreshing.
One family member was very unwell during our stay, and the staff were so caring, they went above and beyond to support. In a very worrying moment even provided transport to us to the local hospital when we couldn't get a taxi. This is genuinely a beautiful, professional hotel but with the care and pride of a family run business.
The pool is lovely, loads of sunbeds and never too busy, our children loved it.
Amazing views, breakfasts, lovely clean rooms with fantastic views, all staff were just wonderful. Huge thank you to all at the Capri for taking care of our family during our stay - special thanks to Gaia for her kindness. We will definitely be back!
