We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a nice experience. It’s a smaller hotel, which gives it a cozy feel. The breakfast was great, with lots of options and a pleasant place to sit and enjoy.
The location was good, though next time I think I’d prefer staying further south near Hotel du Lac for access to an easy quieter swimming area. We had a ground floor room, which was fine, though the pictures online maybe make it look a bit better than it actually is.
We paid just over €150 per night, which felt a bit pricey, though perhaps that’s just the time of year. On arrival, we noticed the fridge wasn’t very cold. While the staff member assured us it was working, they didn’t check it, and unfortunately it remained the same throughout our stay — not ideal for our items needing refrigeration.

This is simply a wonderful hotel run by the owners elvira and her sister. The rooms are very very nice! We had a beautiful room, beautifully decorated, newly renovated with a view on the lake. Spotless clean, very modern, comfy beds, kettle, AC and safety deposit box too. The highlight of the hotel though is their breakfast which can easily compete with a 5* hotel! Absolutely amazing! It's less than 5 minutes away from mount baldo cable car and not even 10 minutes walk to the castle and malcesine town. The only thing is and this is not a complaint!, if you have mobility issues it can get a bit difficult as the meridiana is a bit uphill and the walk to the old part of town logically is down hill. But that's it really. We loved our stay there, would return any time!

Lovely little boutique-style hotel. A three star but felt like a four. Room was nice and clean. Black out shutters were top notch, which put us in a great position for a restful sleep before a luxurious brekkie. Staff was super friendly and helpful, doing all they could to advise us on the area. Cable car to Monte Baldo was steps away. In a quiet area a short walk away from all the madness of city centre - a perfect balance. Would not hestitate to book this hotel again. The only drawback was the tiny shower but this seems to be the norm for Italia.

Our stay at the Hotel Meridians was wonderful (4 nights). I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Malcesine. It is a very short walk to the historic district and castle. It is a very safe neighborhood. I would have no problem letting my teenagers walk to the town center alone. The hotel itself is lovely. The decorations are contemporary and tasteful. They have both outdoor and indoor dining. The breakfast buffet is spectacular in both taste and presentation with a large variety of foods to fit any appetite. The views from the dining area overlooking Lake Garda are impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful particularly Francesco who checked us in and helped us with travel advice. The room and bedroom were clean and comfortable. There were no issue with language even though we do not speak Italian. We most definitely return!

We stayed in the Meridiana in the run up to our wedding in Malcesine which was 5 Sep 24.
From arrival to departure our stay was fantastic. We could not have found a better place to prepare for our big day!
Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was spectacular! Truly 5 star!! On arrival as weary travellers to be offered a glass of fizz on the terrace was so lovely!
Whenever we are back in Malcesine this will be our first choice.

A small family-owned hotel beautifully located in the less busy and crowded parts of Malcesine. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and all with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The breakfast is amazing. We will be returning!
