Very nice hotel, with spacious & clean rooms, the helpful and friendly staff. The superb restaurant with excellent food. If you’re visiting Vicenza, I would highly recommend this one. We had dinner with different varieties of Pizza and awesome continental breakfast. Lot of parking area. We stayed here along with a Europe trip team.

Unfortunately my experience at Viet Hotel was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the service at the reception was rude and unwelcoming. check-in March 25, 2025 Very large room, with dated furnishings. The bathroom, then, really left much to be desired: worn out sanitary ware and a shower with problems. SPA not in line with expectations, they drank beer and very loud voices, lack of control. The Wi-Fi did not work properly, which was very annoying considering that I needed to connect for work reasons. The location of the hotel is the only positive thing, but it is not enough to compensate for the rest. I will never return to this property and I absolutely do not recommend it. There are many other hotels in Vicenza that offer much more for a similar price.

Hotel looks run down from the outside but inside is very nicely decorated with a modern feel. Rooms have a strange layout but you can drive round to park by your room if you are on level 1. The public areas to get to the rooms are very tired and run down (carpet lifting from the floor) but the rooms are well decorated, modern, light and clean. Good workspace and power access. Bed was ok but I did not sleep so well. Shower is small. Restaurant in the evening has a good menu and the food quality was good. Breakfast is a very good selection of what you would expect in Italy.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Vicenza. I attended a class reunion there and it was perfect for a group visit. The building is nondescript and functional and the grounds are pleasant with a nice swimming pool and a spa. The room was large and comfortable enough. The buffet breakfast and the food in general were excellent. The price was quite reasonable and the staff very helpful. This is a good place to stay if you are in a group but is not convenient if you wish to be close to town.

The hotel staff (Denise from the events team and especially Monica from the front office) were all super helpful and very nice throughout the whole stay. The room was nice for a two nights stay and the food in the restaurant delicious (Lunch & dinner). One fact was not understandable for me, how can you charge €305,00 for a meeting room which did not even have pen and paper on the desk neither a glass or bottles of water. After requesting some water we got plastic cups which were easy to flip. Furthermore we got charged for a big pot (Samowa) of black coffee (no milk only sugar) and a plat full of cookies (see attached) for EURO 150,00 (16 persons). Wow crazy and shocking at the same time! I know that some parts of North Italy are expensive but this is ridiculous!

A typical stopover hotel for people on a roadtrip. Close to the highway and not much to see or do around the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern. It has a very interesting layout; a big semi-circle of two floors with pool and lawn in the center and parking spaces on the outside directly accross each room. Room was big and bright with a terrace direcly on the center lawn. The restaurant stayed open late which is convenient for late arrivals. There was a private party on the terrace so only inside seating possible. Service was friendly and quick enough. Unfortunately there is no options to charge your electric car. Even in the area around the hotel I did not find anything.

We went to check availability of a room for next week. The staff was super helpful, they walked us up to a room just to see it. We booked it and are looking forward to our stay. The restaurant and bar looked wonderful and will be nice. This an update - our stay here was perfect! Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great comfortable room, bar and food were excellent! We have already booked a return stay for next year.

My daughter and I were here through the Medical Tourism Italy. Our room was always clean thanks to the incredible cleaning staff and the rest of the hotel was spotless. The wait staff was terrific- very professional, polite and accommodating as well as the front desk staff. The wifi was spotty at times- had to reconnect often. Really enjoyed our massages. Thank you for the wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel.

I struggled with this review for Hotel Viest for quite a while. The room was a great disappointment, but the service was incredible. The Service Team at Hotel Viest is the only reason why I decided not to give a Single star on this review.
The room was sold as a family room. It ended up being the same room as any other, just with 5 beds in a row. Three king bed ended up just being two twin beds with a king size sheet over it. We turned on the AC the second night and water poured down on our luggage all night. The staff quickly bright us towels and got a tech in the morning to fix it. The shower in the bathroom didn't seal so water flooded everywhere. Lastly, the furniture in the room was quite worn and looked like it might break.
As mentioned previously, the staff was amazing. The cleaning team made the room look sparklingly every time. Every time they made up the bed, they would perfectly place my children's stuffed animals on each of their beds. Towels swapped every day and bathroom cleaned perfectly. The restaurant food was always good. The servers would stop and talk with us each time we went down to eat. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. In fact, after a few days, they always had a place for us set up in the dining area. Lastly, when we prepared to leave, we notified the front desk. The night crew made us breakfast bags so that we would have something for the road. We are very grateful for their service.
