After receiving booking confirmation and having fully prepaid, we arrived at the hotel in the evening and we were surprised to find the place completely closed, dark and empty. We were forced to find another accommodation last minute in the city and our weekend has been ruined by this "4 stars hotel" that cannot manage one simple booking. This place should be avoided due to their unprofessional behaviour. Despite the incident occurred three days ago, they have not apologized or responded to any of my emails.

My Husband and I recently stayed here for a 3 night birthday getaway. Our experience was fantastic. We were warmly greeted, given a tour of the hotel and Spa, and offered drinks and snacks upon arrival. We were instantly relaxed after a long day of travel. My husband and I still talk about the delicious dinner prepared by chef Andrea. The breakfast served every morning was just as luxurious. Miriam makes the best cappuccinos. The rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. The spa was soothing and so relaxing. We loved having drinks on the patio. While everything was immaculate, it was the fantastic staff that made our trip wonderful. Miriam was so welcoming and helpful, always happy to help answer questions and give recommendations. We loved our conversations with everyone and hope to be back one day.

Struttura molto bella. Gli spazi comuni sono ben arredati. La stanza, su due livelli, era molto bella, con travi a vista e soppalco. Il bagno era grande con vasca da bagno e pannello per trasformarlo in doccia. Era presente un piccolo soggiorno.

Bad food inedible, waiting times for dinner 2 hours, for breakfast 1 hour, existing staff and management, zero room cleaning! Very small assigned suite. Confusion, screams and noises in the dining room, rude people and especially SICK CHILDREN (period 4 Covid19 wave). The owner was indifferent to my grievances. To avoid !!!!

Charming hotel very comfortable very kind staff. The real surprise is the excellent cuisine with classic meat dishes and excellent fish dishes also presented with revisited local products.
