Beautiful, clean, friendly, and charming hotel. The hotel is VERY convenient to the local base. The breakfast is exceptional with a vast variety of choices and an expresso machine that is key to a jet-lagged traveler.

Hotel Mary was an excellent place to stay for 3 days in Vicenza. We came in close to midnight and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was small but had everything we needed especially a nice hot shower, and a cute view of the church bell tower out our window. The bus line 1 stops right in front of the hotel and you can ride it for 3 euro directly into (and back from) the heart of Vicenza. Get off at the second stop across the river, walk left and you'll run right into the Basilica Palladia. We are english speakers with not much italian, and the hotel made it very easy for us to communicate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially anyone using Caserma Ederle (hotel is a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian base gate).

We stayed one night here as part of our tour. It’s not 3 star hotel as it claims. The rooms don’t provide kettle, iron box. Even the blanket is not upto mark. The bathroom door doesnt get locked from inside. The shower is clogged and water flow is not good. Its just a lodge and falsely claiming as 3star hotel.

This room was very small but i was there for work. There was an open bar available til 12am which was convenient for a nightcap. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I WILL stay there every time I go to Vicenza!!

I just can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here. They have been so incredibly kind and accommodating. They checked on our cat when we were gone, they worked to get us two rooms next to each other, they let us eat in the breakfast area, and were just really helpful. The staff made us feel at home as we were moving to Italy and we truly appreciate it!

The staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about the area, most popular places to eat and see. There was an Italian restaurant right behind the hotel they recommend which was a BIG hit!! I ate and wasn't even hungry!! #Delish

Great location to everything you need/ want to be. Staff needs to significantly improve hospitality and politeness to customers. I think they got bed buds or fleas in room 505, so bring some citronela or peppermint oil to win the war against them bugs. Free breakfast. Housekeepers dont speak english but are polite for being Italians (who are just angry for no reason).

Hotel is very nice for what you pay, the apartments and long term stay rooms are great! But what really tops off the hotel, is the amazing staff! Super helpful and attentive.

When my family and I had first gotten there we were crammed into a tiny room that pretty much only fit a bed and a tv. By the time we came with all of our luggage and a rambunctious toddler.. we had no room to even squeeze into the bathroom.
