The onsen room isn't huge but it's very clean and the water is excellent. Soaking twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, really does feel healthy. The hotel is located by the sea, but there's no beach
What I highly recommend are dinner and breakfast, especially dinner—it was amazing! Incredibly delicious, and they had bluefin tuna belly, which was super fresh! I also got to try Izu's specialty, Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino)
The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the train station; when you get off the train, you'll see a hotel representative with a sign right outside the platform. Overall, it's a very good choice
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel gave me a high-floor room, and the view was absolutely incredible! I'd definitely go back just for that ocean view
It's so photogenic!
The only downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit old, but considering it's a decades-old hotel, that's understandable
The smell when you enter the room is like that of a straw mat, not an unpleasant odor

We also enjoyed the private onsen which can be booked by paying +$$
As the place is very much catered to local tourists, most of the menu, instructions are in Japanese, so just use your translator app if you have any questions! They do have staff who can speak English / mandarin!
After soaking, enjoying the complimentary tea and snacks and buying milk from the vending machine was incredibly relaxing – the milk was absolutely delicious! There's a convenience store just 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient
The room came with an absolutely stunning sea view which made this trip from the bustling city worth it!! You need to add the breakfast and dinner to your package too because the food served are top quality and so so delicious
The open-air bath at sunset was absolutely fantastic!
The meals were served with meticulous care, like a kaiseki course, allowing us to slowly savor the seafood. Breakfast featured fresh and carefully prepared dishes
The spiny lobster miso soup was especially delicious. With a 12 PM checkout, we were able to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing time in our room, listening to the sound of the waves and gazing at the sea
An established hotel with attentive and enthusiastic staff. They confirmed details via email in advance, provided clear check-in instructions, and repeatedly verified our dining times and dietary restrictions

Nice place for family trip, the pool was fun.
tasty food on buffet especially the Sashimi and tempura. The staff were friendly.
A bit old but well cared hotel with views of the ocean in every room. The night and morning buffet was lovely, plenty of fresh dishes. The massage service is also good and affordable
Frustrating that the fitness room cost an extra ¥1080 for 2 hours. Everywhere inside was clean and the onsen were nice, well stocked with grooming supplies
Friendly staff, nice service. Old building, but very clean. Some rooms were reformed. Just need some improvement in the food menu. It was ok level.
I recommend to make some visit the onsen and swimming pool, which are both very nice
Ideal for travellers with children under age of 7.

There are several indoor and outdoor pools. The next morning, breakfast was very delicious, and I felt it was better than dinner
I arrived at the hotel after 6 PM, but upon entering the room, I found it didn't match my reservation: there was no bed (see Figure 1), while I had clearly booked a room with a bed (see Figure 2)
😋 After checking out, I was sent to the station and caught the sea-viewing train Golden Eye Seabream
I immediately contacted my Ctrip hotel concierge, providing screenshots of the room reservation and photos of the noise from the balcony, requesting a room change
After questioning the hotel, they insisted that this was the room I had booked. Worse still, I could hear loud noise from a machine on the side of the balcony
There is no breakfast in the hotel and you can't order it. I don't understand the language, so I don't quite understand what it means. The room is quite comfortable, and everything else is average.

The window insulation is superb; when you close the windows at night, you can't hear the sound of the waves at all. This hotel seems to be the closest to the sea on this street, and I absolutely loved the location
**Environment**: Right by the sea, you can see the ocean as soon as you open the curtains, with waves crashing against the rocks. The balcony is an excellent spot to watch the sunrise and sunset
To be honest, the room was a bit old and the hygiene was just so-so, but the half-board (dinner and breakfast) was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of sashimi, lobster soup, shabu-shabu with pork and matcha-infused broth, and a whole stewed splendid alfonsino – super satisfying! Even the cheesecake for dessert was delicious! Breakfast was equally exquisite and abundant, with both Japanese...
We enjoyed the hotel so much, the room is spacious with sea view, it is located in the quiet neighborhood. We also booked for dinner at hotel and it was more than our expectation
**Hot Springs**: The public hot spring area has many different pools, each with a different temperature. There are complimentary cold drinks and ice water available at the entrance to the hot spring rooms
**Details**: Both the hotel rooms and public hot spring rooms provide facial cleansers and skincare products, all by POLA. There's also hair treatment oil available for use

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night, I slept wonderfully. I've had a few experiences with Japanese-style rooms in onsen hotels before, and they were usually quite average, and I didn't sleep well
The Atagawa-kan, which I'd been looking forward to, certainly didn't disappoint! The accommodations, hot springs, hotel food, and nearby restaurants were all great, and the surroundings were simply amazing
I stayed on the seventh floor, and the view outside was exceptional; the sea was right below, and there were barely any tourists
Over the next few days, I noticed the shuttle runs very frequently – I wonder if it's timed with the JR train schedule?
It's not actually a long walk, but there are some inclines and declines, which can be a bit tiring
Although it has the classic layout of an older onsen hotel, it's quite comfortable and cozy. The room was spacious enough, with a balcony directly overlooking the ocean and offering sunrise views
The hotel offers a shuttle service, and the staff are very warm and welcoming, especially the elderly lady. We had a wonderful night and would definitely come back again if we get the chance

This is a Japanese-style hotel that's not very conveniently located, but it's well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious with a private onsen. Dinner is very luxurious, and breakfast is plentiful
The room was great, but it was cloudy that day, which affected the beautiful view. The food was fresh and the quantity was large, so I was very full
Very good stay experience, the sunrise in the morning must be seen. The hotel service is first-class, just short of feeding you
The private hot spring was also great, so be sure to make an appointment in advance
The hotel is located in a quiet area with a stretch of seaside road nearby
To be honest, it wasn't as amazing as I'd heard. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and the food was just average. Having dinner in the room was one thing, but having breakfast in the room was another

I stayed at Wangshui and Jixiang Caren in Beichuan. The food here is slightly worse than Wangshui. Japanese French cuisine "Sagami Bay Tour": dinner and Western breakfast. The service is still very good, pick-up, etc
What a wonderful onsen resort hotel!
All of the usual comforts and facilities, plus a number of add-ons and all-inclusive perks. These include afternoon tea, post-onsen beer, a pillow menu and pyjamas
Very satisfied
The hotel food is very good
The room has a view of Sagami Bay
The hotel's hot springs are also great, you can face nature while taking a hot spring bath
And the male and female baths are changed at night
So you can experience different pools
Traditional rooms (futon) with everything though of. Great views of the ocean and Oshima Island. The 2 onsens include no less that 3 rotenburo. Wonderful service from all of the staff. A number of restaurant choices too
Several friends were very happy because fireworks have not been allowed in Shanghai for many years. We saw three Japanese women also setting off small fireworks. We stood a few meters away from them and set off a few
This was the first place that surprised us, but we still apologized at the time and seriously reflected that it might be due to the different national conditions. People here might have to squat to set off fireworks

I think the room was just okay, not bad
I stayed in a room with an open-air bath!
The location was great, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were plentiful, which I really appreciated. ^_^
The dinner course was quite generous, with plenty of fish
The hotel is under renovation, so one of the rooftop baths is closed. We went specifically for the rooftop bath, but were very disappointed. Room 312 had insect bites; after one night, my thighs had many red spots
Although time is limited, it is not far to walk from Inatori Station to the hotel without luggage. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but I didn't experience the kaiseki dinner
The hotel is smaller than expected, the hotel staff is very polite, and the hygiene is very clean You have to take off your shoes before entering the hotel
But in terms of hot springs really 10 points disappointed one of the view hot springs under decoration, and men's and women's hot springs will be reversed every day, one of the hot springs is no minerals just hot water, but the hot springs in the room are minerals, and I saw many people have heart-shaped exterior wall to see the sea view screen

Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared and we felt genuinely well looked after throughout our stay. There was also a translator with excellent English, which made everything very easy and comfortable
Unfortunately it was raining, but I challenged the open-air bath. It was my first experience bathing with a sedge hat on. I thought there might be something like this
Great staffs, great environment, rooms are so clean, we tried 2 different style of rooms and they both are great. Have air-con which is I really needed
We had a wonderful stay at Gyokusui. The ryokan was peaceful and relaxing, and the onsen was beautifully maintained and very calming
We stayed at Gyokusui for one night in March. The ryokan is located in a quiet, tranquil, and fairly secluded area, surrounded by nature. It features a large garden with cherry blossoms, adding to the peaceful atmosphere
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were particularly cozy. The room included both an open-air bath and an indoor bath, with free-flowing hot spring water of excellent quality

This was a really great experience. I specifically came to Beichuan Onsen (hot spring) to check it out; it's quite wild, right by the Pacific Ocean, and staying at the hotel grants free access
Beichuan is a small station, and the village only has one convenience store and one restaurant. Although it's remote, the convenience store has a good selection, and prices are cheaper than in the city
Even the cheapest room we booked was excellent, ocean-facing, and had a comfortable layout. The rooftop hot spring offers amazing views. Overall, it's great, highly recommended
The room was spacious and bright with a beautiful sea view. The front desk staff was very helpful. Complimentary drinks and coffee are available on the 2nd floor
The only restaurant serves really good food! We didn't book hotel meals; the restaurant is right next to the hotel, and the sashimi is superb and affordable
They offer free pick-up and drop-off service if you book in advance. There are clean and comfortable hot springs on both the 2nd and 11th floors

The large communal bath and the open-air bath on the roof were also good. Dinner was also a private room and main course. The sashimi and red gold eyes were delicious. The buffet and other dishes were good
The place was clean and tidy, the room was very spacious, and the private toilet and shower were fully equipped. The service was friendly, and I would definitely stay here again next time.
This is an old hot springs inn, but there are six free family baths, and the hot springs are gentle and very pleasant. Dinner was a half-bikini with live cooking
The price was 22,000 yen per person in the middle class. Thank you for taking care of us with an overnight stay on Saturday and Sunday in a single room for two
The room was old-fashioned, with views of the sea (Inatori Port), and most importantly, each room had an open-air bath. The sea-view bath was the best
The breakfast after sunrise was also the best. it's too far from Saitama

We love This Hotel a good accommodation And delicious Food.
Description was not correct in terms of facility in the room booked, which I was so unhappy that I expected to have Roten Buro (no roof outside bathtub on the balcony), however it was not, and kept asking trip
The food was delicious. The large public bath was clean and satisfying. However, I was concerned about the slippery floor. I think it may be dangerous for elderly people to slip.
com to sort it out but never been sorted. It just made me wasted a lot of time for correspondences between trip
The room is too big for two people and we had a comfortable and relaxing sleep.
Although the room was different from what I expected, they dealt with it in various ways and it was very helpful.
It was disappointing that the balcony was not cleaned properly.

This is a very good hot spring hotel with different type of hot spring and temperature, very attentive service, good sea view, good amenities, good food , worth the price. Ranking between very good to excellent
However, if children stay in this hotel, they will be charged an additional fee, so if you bring children, you must communicate with the hotel in advance
Love this place!
Hot spring is real hot spring!
Service is good
Good is good
Room is good
Ppl are so nice and the environment is so relax ~
But next to it is a factory so the noise will wake you up early in the morning
In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all Japanese style, a memorable night! Ctrip is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales service 👍!
Very amazing, the breakfast is so rich! There is almost no one in the hotel's hot spring

The hot springs in this hotel are so good! ! The six outdoor private baths are all facing the sea, with beautiful scenery, smooth water and fresh air! And there are always empty baths during your stay, so you can go and soak whenever you want
The food they offer during dinner and the breakfast is great (it's like sophisticated home cooking, not fatty and great in looks and flavor). They give you clothing to wear, slippers and a towel
The Japanese-style hotel is a bit far from the station, but you can contact them to arrange a pick-up and drop-off service from Atagawa Station, which is quite convenient
Every time I see it, I will think of the clear blue sea and sky in Izu. The only drawback is that I booked a private bath room, and the bathtub and shower are on the open-air balcony
Although you can soak while watching the sea, various flying insects have appeared since the second night. I dried a tank of water and was about to soak, but I found that there were insects on the balcony
The details are very rich, and you can see the accumulation of years. The food is also good, and the illustrated menu is particularly cute, so I took it home and framed it

A very good experience. The room had an ocean view and an onsen (hot spring). It was right next to the Atagawa Yamatokan Hotel and not far from the train station.
Super satisfied, the breakfast is great, the hot spring is great, there is an antique feeling, as if you are back in the 1980s and 1990s, highly recommended, there is also a large public bath, and it is also very close to the Kurogen Rock Bath
The outdoor bath was also very clean and uncrowded, allowing us to enjoy the open-air hot spring all to ourselves! The meals were plentiful, and it was my first time experiencing a two-meal-per-night stay – a truly pleasant experience!
The grandfather at the front desk was very welcoming, carrying our suitcases and confirming our room details. All the staff were very friendly. The room, though old, was very clean, which my mother loved
This hotel is frequented by many elderly Japanese guests. Although it's a bit old, the service is excellent. It's not crowded with Chinese tourists
The hotel is old, so give it some credit. The location is good, with train and walking connections to everything.

This is incredibly cost-effective! Apparently, the open bar continues until 9 PM. With all this food and drink provided daily, you'll be more than satisfied and won't even need to go out for other meals
The hotel seems quite old, and the room facilities are rather dated. As soon as you step into the room, you're hit with that distinct, strong Indian curry smell – you know the kind
Breakfast was a traditional Japanese meal, and they offer both a public hot spring (onsen) and private baths. Overall, it's highly recommended for its excellent value for money!
Given the affordable price and excellent value for money, one shouldn't expect too much
From 3 PM daily, the hotel offers a complimentary free-flow of beverages and alcoholic drinks, along with snacks like xiaolongbao (mini steamed buns) and Oden
Plus, it's right by the sea with beautiful views

It's the first time I've ever experienced a hotel that's actually better than the photos! The food was absolutely amazing! My two elders were blown away by their first experience at a Japanese onsen hotel, enjoying the food every day! Meals like this would cost at least 1,000 per person in China
Although it is a bit far from the station, a shuttle bus is provided, which is also very convenient for self-driving tours. In addition, all meals are enjoyed in the room, which is very private and convenient.
The private bath was wonderful 👍 The rooms and meals were great and the staff were very kind and polite ♪ Full of smiles 😀 Happy birthday ㊗️ They wrote me a letter which really touched me - it was the best.
As you'd expect from an inn where you can dine, the meals were truly sumptuous and all delicious. I was also happy that they had sashimi for both dinner and breakfast
The 16 videos and photos alone speak volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel! I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room I booked based on the photos, but it was even better in person
They even had gunkan sashimi with each meal, and a whole alfonsino with dinner! We enjoyed both the hotel's public hot springs, morning and night, respectively

I had a brief look inside the hotel—it had a pleasant atmosphere with a comfortable-looking dining room on the second floor, a relaxed reception area on the first floor, and efficient staff dressed in matching traditional-style uniforms
You can also soak in the famous open-air hot spring for free. The room I booked includes dinner and breakfast
I like the kaiseki cuisine for dinner! The hotel also prepared a calendar for watching the sunrise and full moon, which is great value for money!
Lovely views and wonderful outer hot spring by the sea.
