The positive review is for Ctrip, because I couldn't stay at other hotels and was able to change to this one for free. If I had stayed at the original price, the value for money would have been extremely low. The view from the standard room wasn't great; I had to pay to upgrade to a suite to make it slightly better. The service from the lobby manager to the waiters and drivers was poor. The food was okay.

This is a Japanese-style hotel that's not very conveniently located, but it's well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious with a private onsen. Dinner is very luxurious, and breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a stretch of seaside road nearby.

To be honest, it wasn't as amazing as I'd heard. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and the food was just average. Having dinner in the room was one thing, but having breakfast in the room was another. They even knocked on the door to collect the bed before 8 am! I was so annoyed.

The room was great, but it was cloudy that day, which affected the beautiful view. The food was fresh and the quantity was large, so I was very full. The private hot spring was also great, so be sure to make an appointment in advance.

Kitagawa Atagawa is the most famous hot spring resort in Izu Peninsula. The view of the water is really the best. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, the dinner and breakfast were also great, the waiters were generally very nice, but there was a rat ****, a young waiter with a broken left arm had a very bad attitude, not only did he not let us sit in the lobby after checking out, he also refused to let the shuttle take us to the station, until I said I wanted to complain, he let another ** waiter handle it, and I decisively complained on the official website!

I absolutely fell in love with this place. Soaking in private gazebo bath with clear ocean view was "one and only" experience during my trip. Everything else was also incredible!
