Cozy place for a special holiday.

Located on a hilly area about 6-8 minutes by car from the city center, including Atami Sun Beach.... The frontage is over 6 meters, and steps down from the road reveal a dirt veranda and rock garden, perfect for relaxing with friends or family.
This two-story house is perfect for enjoying a BBQ in the garden if you bring your own (cleaning fee applies). Enjoy seafood from Suruga Bay and fresh vegetables from Izu. (Ingredients must be brought with you, so please purchase at nearby Aeon Max Value.) A police station and Tokai Bus garage are nearby. We recommend visiting Yamadayu Hot Springs, a day spa near Aeon Max Value.
After dark, you can enjoy the tranquility of Atami's inner sanctum, gazing at the beautiful night view and starry sky and listening to the gentle murmur of the river. If you're coming by car, there is parking for one car. Please inform us of your intention to use the parking lot when making your reservation. A brand-new luxury villa with a panoramic terrace, located on a hill in Nishi-Atami, just 12 minutes... by car from Atami Station. Accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for families and group trips.

Outdoors, there are play facilities such as swings, a jungle gym, and a bouldering wall where even small children can have fun safely and energetically.

The villa offers two private rooms suitable for teleworking, as well as a meeting space with seating for six, ideal for workations or corporate retreats.

The view from the living room and sky balcony is spectacular, offering beautiful vistas of Hatsushima and Atami’s famous fireworks festival.

Please note that from April 2025, an accommodation tax is included in the accommodation fee.

BBQ equipment is available for a fee. Included items: chopsticks, plates, cups, gas canister, two tables with chairs, six armchairs, and one cooler box. The BBQ area is outdoors, and equipment is stored in a basement space locker on the west side of the facility.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and seasonings. After using dishes and utensils, please wash and return them to their original place. Used food and drink containers can be placed in the designated trash bins.

If you would like to use the BBQ, please contact us in advance. Your cooperation with cleaning up after use is appreciated.

On the first floor, there is an indoor swing, toys, and a TV with YouTube, so children can enjoy themselves even on rainy days.

The spacious living and dining area on the second floor (approx. 67 m² / 41 tatami mats) features a dining table with 10 chairs, where everyone can gather and enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, a microwave, oven, and refrigerator, making self-catering easy. You can also invite a private chef for a special party.

There is also a large TV and darts, so both adults and kids can enjoy the space.

The bathroom includes a bathtub TV and an ultra-fine bubble system for relaxing and unwinding from daily stress.
