There aren't many people in Atami during winter, which is nice. The seaside hotel is pretty good. They have a shuttle bus service to and from the station, and it's not far from the beach or convenience stores. The hot spring bathhouse is huge, and the hotel even gave us complimentary drink vouchers. Recommended!

The sea view room was amazing! The room was spacious and very clean, and the shuttle service was super convenient. We visited so many places and watched the sunrise every day. Absolutely fantastic, we'll definitely be back to stay again! I've already recommended it to my friends.

The dinner was a set menu, and the only edible thing was the side dishes, especially the pickled radishes. The dinner was extremely disappointing. As for the hot spring, there's only an indoor one, no outdoor facilities, and the space isn't very big either.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The bed, towels, and bedding were all very good. The hotel couldn't be better, the service was first class ~ there were Chinese service staff as well. All rooms have private baths, which are very comfortable. I traveled to Atami with my son and loved this mountaintop resort. It's a short, narrow walk up the mountain road, but it was worth it. Take the free shuttle bus directly from Yugawara Station. The room is a single without a bathtub or shower, but there are plenty of outlets and USB ports. However, there are only two hangers. The food was delicious. The hot springs in the new building are mostly for day trips, and it can be uncomfortable when there are noisy groups of guests. Absolutely loved this hotel! We had a pure ocean-view room on the eighth floor; I imagine the higher up you go, the better the view gets. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with nearly thirty different options, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby. My only minor gripe is that the hot spring pool felt a bit basic. If I ever visit Atami again, I'd definitely stay here.

Arrived at night and had to climb a lot of stairs (with luggage!). The next morning, I discovered there was another path that didn't require climbing any stairs. The front desk staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

My husband and I stayed here on a trip (using a car). We chose this hotel because the reviews had given high marks to the private baths and food, and it lived up to those reviews, with a great location and we were very satisfied! It took me about 15-20 minutes to walk from Atami Station. There is a bus, but I arrived late on the first day, so I walked instead. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The location is pretty good. There are small restaurants and the beach just outside. You can also walk to Hatsushima Pier or the Atami Castle Ropeway. But I think the hotel itself is just average.
