One of the best hotels in Atami. Staff is friendly and the food was amazing. We held our our 2nd company executive meeting at this venue and we will come again.

There were very few Chinese guests, mostly Japanese families on vacation. We were probably among the rare Chinese guests at this hotel. We chose the Horizon room type, which comes with two private onsen baths

Even though I knew from my research that it was an older resort hotel, I still didn't expect there to be so many locals here 🤣

The dining service was good; both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a rich variety of food, though there were slightly fewer fruit options

The complimentary meals were so lavish and satisfying – after two breakfasts and two dinners at the buffet, we genuinely felt we'd already sampled the best of Japanese cuisine and there was nothing left to discover when we finally went to Tokyo; the hotel truly had it all! Finally, I must highlight the hotel's incredible cliffside onsen

The two buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) offered excellent value for money, even though I didn't find the variety or taste particularly amazing 😅. However, the unlimited salmon and tuna were definitely a big plus

Towels and bath towels were provided, and the open-air, ocean-facing onsen was particularly impressive. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style. Dinner was decent, but there wasn't much to eat for breakfast

All good but i feel a bit uncomfortable during my stayed. The staff was working like no sincere and care about customer. As foreigners we had a problem about laundry, car parking and onsen

This hotel is located right across from McDonald's at Atami Station, where you can catch their shuttle bus that runs every 40 minutes. While waiting for the bus, you can explore Nakamise-dori shopping street

The staff was very inefficient, and their English was extremely poor, making communication very difficult. The room was relatively clean, and there was only enough space to open one large suitcase

We got a complimentary visit to the Fuua Onsen (which is open to the public, last entry at 9 PM). The hotel's own onsen is in the Tower Building

There aren't many people in Atami during winter, which is nice. The seaside hotel is pretty good. They have a shuttle bus service to and from the station, and it's not far from the beach or convenience stores

The sea view room was amazing! The room was spacious and very clean, and the shuttle service was super convenient. We visited so many places and watched the sunrise every day

On our second day in Atami, we switched to the Resorpia Hotel by the sea. Since we were coming from another onsen hotel, we took a taxi directly to the 1st floor

facilities are good to kids, my kids love the pool, hotel provides handcrafting to kids. Tree house trail is nice. Room is big and cozy, adult can relax at hot spring. My family loves this hotel.

Pros: - Huge rooms, loved the comfiness of the beds, tatami room was excellent and the view was lovely. - They cater well to children and staff are very friendly towards children

It was nice to be able to relax knowing it wasn’t the worst thing in the world if our child made some noise

I’d love to see more activities geared towards toddlers e. messy play or sensory activities

The room has a spectacular night view that allows us to watch the magnificent fireworks from the balcony in a private and quiet manner. It’s wonderful, and we wish to visit again!

This was my second time to stay here and it was just as comfortable and good value. If eating out plan ahead as most places seem to be closed by 7pm some earlier

The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Atami Station, just turn left after exiting, and you'll pass a FamilyMart on the way. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the hotel also has a public bath

This hotel in Atami Izuyama offers a wonderful ocean view. There's a beautiful lounge on the front floor, with a stunning view

Since check-in was at 2:30 PM, we arrived early and went to Izusan Shrine first (a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel, no need to climb the long stone steps). We left our bags at the front desk and they put them in our room

The shower had strong water pressure, making it easy to rinse my hair after washing. Toner and other amenities were provided, and there was a water cooler in the sink area. We had dinner at a beautiful restaurant

There are two locks, and amenities like yukata, samue, and toothbrushes are available on the front floor. The bathroom in the room is spacious, and the toilet is a state-of-the-art model with an automatic lid

The large communal bath, which is alternated for men and women, is also spacious, with an open-air bath. The open-air bath offered a small ocean view

But I would say that the Fufu Atami was a cut above. As with almost every location in Japan, the service is excellent. But at the Fufu Atami, they just seemed to take it to another level

I chose to stay in this low-key hotel on the mountain in Atami City. Although I had to take a taxi to get in and out, I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel and my room after checking in

Staff were so accommodating and very welcoming! We only speak some Japanese and they obly speak a little english but the experience and service were all exceptional! There is a family hot spring bath on the 8th floor where you can take a bath independently. The set meal we had felt a little different from that of the locals and not as good as theirs

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with nearly thirty different options, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby. My only minor gripe is that the hot spring pool felt a bit basic

We booked their last room last minute, it’s the cheapest room but still was spacious and with great design and nice view. The meals were also a big highlight: beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious

It was an old-fashioned hot spring hotel. The staff were all smiles as we went there for their private rooftop bathhouses

However, because the hotel wasn't tall enough and there were taller buildings nearby, the bathhouses weren't very private. The curtains were practically transparent, and the bamboo blinds in other rooms were very low
