I almost always stay at this hotel when I am staying in Kokura for work. Excellent hotel, always very clean accommodations, very friendly and helpful staff

Location is the best choice in 小 倉， Transportation, Shopping mall, 小倉城, and Street food, all you can reach easily. The Price is valuable.

This was my first trip to Kyushu, and I started in Kokura. I was tired from traveling, so I picked the hotel closest to the station. It was clean and tidy, right above the station

The view from the window was great, and there's a mall downstairs. Across the street, there's a shopping arcade mostly filled with izakayas

Except for a non-speaking hotel staffs, other things are good. The hotel is connected to Kokura Station, good room size with reasonable price (I stayed in a double room for single occupancy), nicely cleaned, etc.

Located right above the station, extremely convenient. Walking distance to Kokura castle, very clean room as well. Would stay here again

The hotel also offered a special dinner set at each restaurant. We truly enjoyed the dinner set while watching the sunset and fireworks from the 28th floor. The food at the French restaurant was excellent

We booked a 3-bed room for one night. The location was excellent—right next to the subway station—and the outlet was also nearby. The reception staff were very helpful

Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided

The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather

My personal feeling is that the surcharge was a bit expensive for hotel guests. com or the hotel could offer a bundle package including the room charge plus sauna & spa access, that would be wonderful

Very convenient for people who pass theough the airport, close to walk or take their shuttle. Also close to car rental shops. A bid of noise on the corridors from other guests, but the hotel was good

Hotel was located right next to the airport with free shuttles only taking a few minutes. Good sunsets from the airport island. The hotel even offered a free dinner! Simple curry and rice but a nice surprise

The quality of the hotel was enough for one night. There was amenities, bathtub, and a TV. It is located right in front of Shimonoseki Station which is great.

This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations

Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others

Overall, VIA INN SHIMONOSEKI offers exceptional value, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shimonoseki

Excellent location. The staff are well trained with very good service. The room is small for Japanese standard but extremely clean.

Hotel located near train terminal and a lot of restaurant nearby within walking distance. The receiptionist could speak English fluently which helps a lot for non-Japanese speaking guest

This is next to the prime shopping area and we walk from the hotel to all the shopping malls, castle, market. Definitely a good hotel.

Good access near Kurosaki Station and the bus center. Seven-Eleven is also nearby and convenient. It's not a new building, but it's well-cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also delicious

I stayed here on a business trip. It was close to the station and there were many shops nearby, so it was a very convenient hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly 😊 The night view from the room was also beautiful

The clerks were all kind and ready to help. And the room was very clean and comfortable. It was good to get both a hard pillow and a soft pillow. But the room is a bit cold and there is no any heater in the room

Since the air conditioning units remote was in Japanese language , had bit of a trouble in getting the AC started. However this was immediately resolved by the staff at the front desk and the AC cooling was very good

The Hotel is located very close to the Wakamatsu Railway station. The area around the hotel is a very quiet area with few shops around. I arrived the hotel at around 2200 and by then all the shops around was closed

I stayed at Hotel Route Inn Kitakyushu and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who want easy access to transportation and nearby dining options

Location is the best if you want to visit Karato Fish Market. Place is good for self drive. Whole surrounding is quiet and peaceful

The air conditioning in the room smelled terrible. it took a while for the smell to dissipate. The breakfast and the location were very good. There were special packages available nearby for 1300 yen per night

The hotel parking space, is outsourced to park in another place, we arrived at 3:30 pm, saw a parking space but the staff said there was someone parked, just out! But the outsourced parking space has a time limit, not self-in, in addition to the time clock, if there is an option, the hotel's own parking lot is much more convenient! Every time there is no parking space, but the hotel hot spring is on...

Very close to the Shimonoseki cruise terminal, about a 7-minute walk from Shimonoseki Station, take the elevator over the overpass~ Dormy late-night ramen and sauna pool, with a view of the Kanmon Strait

Overall you can except the same service from this Dormy like any other

Nice room with good sound proof window as the hotel is on a major road across from the pier. Public bath (Onsen) on the top of the hotel (9th Floor) with a great view of the waterfront.

The location is near JR Kokura Station. There are not many shops around. The twin room is quite large and has a bathtub. The buffet breakfast is good. The bustling area of ​​Kokura Station is to the south.

There were snacks available and the lounge was well designed and not crowded. There are multiple well designed spots around the hotel - although it is already >30+ years old, it has a timeless feel

The rooms were recently renovated, the bathrooms were spacious and we had the view of the pier. We got the deluxe room with lounge access which I would recommend

Access was very good, right next to Kokura station. Too close to the station, the trains were noisy at night and early in the morning. Rooms have minimal amenities. No bottled water.No parking.

I stayed at the same hotel for two nights. The double room was too noisy, so I switched to a single room. The single room wasn't facing the train station, so I barely heard the trains passing by, which was a relief

The room has all the basic amenities you need, plus a microwave and kettle in the room which was super handy. Room size is just right for travelers with a small cabin luggage, clean and functional

You can reach the hotel directly through the overpass from Kokura Station without having to walk on the road outside, which is very convenient. The scenery outside the hotel room window is also very good
