Breakfast was included and I had whatever I wanted.

Hotel that clearly needs renovation, although let's not forget that it is a 2 star. The rooms are dated, with their 80s-90s decor. However, very good situation, friendly and competent staff, and very good breakfast although not very varied.

Breakfast buffet is good, staff are friendly. But, the room we had is quite old, the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly, and sink has stains on it.

Very professional and warm staff, she actively offer us umbrellas since it was snowing. Room was big and nice, the breakfast is very rich. Btw they serve free cocoa and coffee, very kind!

We stayed here for one night. The location is fantasic as it's about 5 minutes walk from the Kanazawa Station. There are lots of restaurants in the area as well so no need to worry about meals. Shared bathroom and shower. The room is not too big. The price increases a lot during holidays. The Japanese experience is quite unique. Convenient to eat around. There are many shops. The service is very friendly. There is room service.

Great location! Very attentive and helpful hosts. This is the best side of karuizawa for a budget friendly price.

Good for a real Japanese traditional experience. Communication is not easy if you don't speak Japanese, but attendants do their best to help you. And Kanazawa is a wonderful city to stay for some spring days and enjoy hanami.

I had great experience there. It was simple to check-in and check-out and the room was quite spacious. They have a beautiful and equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

It was cheap but not dirty. However, checking in with a tablet was a little difficult, even for young people... That's what the hotel was like. Also, showers and toilets are shared. Amenities include bath towels and toothbrushes. It was located close to Nomachi Station, just a 40-second walk away.

It was nice that it was located in a quiet place. Especially recommended for those staying for a short period of time.

It was clean and the location was close to Katamachi, so I used it after a drinking party. We are not digitally savvy and had a hard time with unmanned check-in and check-out. I would like to study a little more before next time.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, and we had no difficulties communicating in English. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area and has a convenient bus stop nearby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. 10/10 — I would definitely recommend!

I had an lovely time staying here. It was a perfect spot as a solo traveler. The area is beautiful and a short walk to so many great spots in kanazawa. The host was so kind and answered any questions i had. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Good A very clean space, a polite welcome. The guesthouse is well located in a popular tourist area, but relatively far from the train station and all the transport facilities it offers. Recommended for families who like to share a space with other families.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The room and the facility were very clean and organized. However, we had to pay for towels to use them and the shower water was still cold when I tried, which was at 6 am.

Just a heads-up - if you plan to stay at any of the K's House hostels, you will need to have Internet access. They only accept online bookings. This is an excellent location from which to enjoy one of Japan's less publicized cities. Kanazawa is a smallish city, but thanks to its history, it is full of delightful cultural attractions such as the famous Kenroku-en garden, and still has many sections...

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. It's a good choice for solo travelers, but there aren't many restaurants nearby, and you have to walk a bit to find restaurants and convenience stores.
