Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of them spoke a bit English. Breakfast was very delicious, providing Asian and Western food. The room was very small, but other than that, lovely. AC wasn't working so it was too hot. You can't enter hot springs with a tattoo. There is a Starbucks-like cafe in the lobby which has decent coffee and nice sandwiches.

Great location - walking distance of main sights and near bus stop for everything else. Seems to have been recently refurbished but mattress was awful. Either old or cheap. Two people in bed rolling into the middle so either sleeping on top of each other or feel like sleeping on a cliff.

Only spending one night in Kanazawa, so this hotel is perfect! Right beside the station, and near to Kanazawa's major sightseeing spots.

Conveniently located near the Train station with easy access to amenities. But room is really small and tight. Reasonable price for budget travel as it is clean and nice with free access to its inhouse onsen for hotel guests.

Chain budget hotel. Right at the west entrance of Kanazawa station and the bus stop for the Komatsu Airport. Can't beat this location with the room pricing. Restaurants and cafes available within hotel. The public bath is a great selling point. Recommend for either leisure or business.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are very small but clean. The rotenburo is superb. It was worth it to stay just for the outdoor bath.

Old hotel but renovated and clean Before entering the room, the corridor was old, but the room was spacious and clean. Amenities are well equipped and polite. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathtub is large and comfortable. The prices are cheap and the staff are polite. I am satisfied that it is close to the station.

We have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand we slept very well and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. But on the other hand it wasn't very clean, frame of the bed was broken (but stuff changed it quickly ;) ) Also it was the worst looking place during our trip over Japan (and all of them were in similar price range) . To sum it up I think 3/5 is fair.

Simple but clean. We booked through Airbnb and had a three person room that was a two bed with an extra mattress. Not exactly luxury but cheap.

Nice quiet hotel close to the station. The rooms are newly renovated, the corridors and entrance need updating. Nice clean, new bathrooms and toilets. Each room seems to be decorated differently. Our room was a retro room. We had two twin beds and the concierge brought us a futon for our toddler. No food available onsite, but plenty of nice dining options and a conbini within a minutes walk.

Very convenient location near Kanazawa station, and easy to travel inside city by bus just nearby. Supermarket, coffee, restaurants … very easy for tourist to enjoy the city.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location directly across from Kanazawa Station. You can't miss it; it's the tall building on your right as you exit the Kenrokuen Gate. The most great hotel I’ve stayed for my trip! I recommend the Dormy Inn Hotel! The room is new, clean and not a small room. There is door separated bed room too! The room for two persons is large and clean. There’s a working zone including a desk and a chair. It’s comfortable to sit and write. There are two small armchairs for you to sit, sip coffee and relax. It’s a cozy room, worth to stay.

Although it must have only recently opened, it was very clean and comfortable. The incense smell was intended to add character, but I wondered if they'd use real incense instead of artificial. It's quite strong and might be unpleasant for some. While the limited breakfast selection and poor quality are understandable, it was a rather bitter breakfast. The service staff are friendly, fluent in English and enthusiastic. Although the room is not large, it is sufficient. The location is right in Omicho Market, next to Mza Department Store, very convenient.

It was clean, friendly, and everything was great! It was far from the station, but it was nice to walk around here and there, and the free coffee you could drink in the lobby with gold powder sprinkled on it was a special experience in Kanazawa!

There are six parking spaces at the rear of the hotel, with no reservations available on a first-come, first-served basis. Like 1100Yen a night. minutes walk to Omi-cho market. The hotel is small, but quite cheap. The windows in the room can be opened.

This is a great hotel to base yourself in Kanazawa. It is located just north of the main station, but the road is fairly quiet (downtown is all south of the station) The rooms are fairly compact, but they have huge bathrooms which is nice. The beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn’t amazing, but not bad. The dining area can get quite busy.

Really enjoy two night stay at what felt like a newish property. The hotel is excellently located in the Korinbo Shopping District, with a myriad of shopping, dining options nearby. It's a little far from the station, but the amenities include DHC cleansing oil and lotion, which was really helpful! The hot water boiler was a little old and hard to use, but other than that it was comfortable for women. The pajamas were also nice!

The deluxe room was big and spacious with an excellent massage chair and the bathroom was also spacious with a bath and big rain shower. Everything was in excellent condition. I was really happy to visit this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Kanazawa train station, 2 minutes walk to the bus station, train station, and major department stores. It is very convenient to take a JR West one-day trip to Gassho Village, Shirakawa Township, Takayama Hida. Breakfast is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The dishes are very rich and highly recommended.

You can eat well, buy well, and the transportation is very convenient. After checking out, free luggage storage service is provided on the day, and then go to the nearby Echo market to eat a Noto steak meal, eat an Echizen...

The hotel is close to Kanazawa Station, and the transportation is convenient. I chose a smoking room. Although it has a taste, it is acceptable! This room has a coin-operated washing machine, and the breakfast is also good. If I go to Kanazawa again, I will stay here again.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The twin room we had was very spacious. It was great that any amenities could be selected in the hotel lobby for the room. The added bonus was a happy hour in the evening for free drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the staff, modern decor that greeted me in the lobby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. 

Well situated with many coin parkings around. They have an onsen bath that is akin of a public bath. Small room but enough. Good lounge services with great coffee!

Location, price, cleanliness, public bath - everything was great. I have stayed in many different hotel chains but I will definitely choose Mitsui garden from now on.

Excellent hotel! Great price and amazing hospitality given the price, proximity to tourist attractions and also bus stop to kanazawa station. My personal favourite was the roof top public bath, very nice after long day out. The smart tv in the room also indicates busy or crowded level of the bath so you can go down when you feel comfortable.

There is the most wonderful scent when you first walk in the door. The public bath is fabulous, if a bit hot for my liking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I wish the rear I/O on the tv were more accessible, but I made do. This is now my top choice for Kanazawa.

Nice to stay here. The hotel location is close to Kanazawa station. That's convenience. Reception & Restaurant area are at 13rd floor. Twin bedroom is bigger than double bedroom (more space). Breakfast is served as Japanese's set. I staied for 2nights : The first breakfast is rice pot with fish set. The second breakfadt is rice pot with crab set.
