APA Nagano is the only APA hotel so far where the luggage storage room looks like a real storage facility unlike other APA places where guests' suitcases pack the lobby. Nice no frills hotel located 10-15 minutes from the Nagano JR Station and about the same time from Zenko-ji temple. The room was decent size with all APA standard supplies. Very nice and accommodating staff. We didn't try their breakfast. There's a self-service laundry and a parking lot. Good stay.

I can't say enough about this property. The level of service and care that I received from the staff was impeccable. Everyone who works there literally went out of there way to help me everyday. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting Nagano to stay at APA Nagano. Special thanks to, Yamazaki, Nein Chan, Tajima, Oohino, and Sakai. I will certainly very return when I'm here next time! It was an excellent stay in every way and the rooms were just right (comfortable bed, nice comforter, decent size).

The bed was great! Very comfortable and the breakfast was good, had a lot to choose from. The wifi was okay, it's no password for the wifi so I think it gets overloaded sometimes if a lot of people use it but it works.

Small but cosy place to rest for the night. They even deliver the daily toiletries without being asked.
