The next-door room was quite noisy with people coming and going, and the room was a bit small, but everything else was fine.

The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep, so I had to turn it off and go to sleep.

The only downside was that the hair dryer was a little old, and the smell in the hallway was bothersome. The service was very good, and I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel was originally a classical hotel representing Nagano.
It has been rebuilt, but the staff's dignity and hospitality are as expected.
On weekends, it is used as a wedding venue, so you will pass by many people dressed in flashy attire.
We stayed in the cheapest room (a single room for two in the old building), so the facilities were like those of a cheap business hotel, with a combined bathroom and toilet.
I guess that's to be expected for a cheap hotel.
We received good service for the same price as a business hotel, so we felt good and like we got a good deal.

The restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard, and you can enjoy classic hotel cuisine at an affordable price, so we recommend using the restaurant.

The hotel room is big enough for family. We take a taxi for 5min about 1,200 yen. The thing that is quite strange is they provide bar soap instead of shower bath.

The bed and sofa were fluffy and the room was so nice that it was a waste for a room just for sleeping.ฅ( ̳＞ ·̫ < ̳ฅ)
All the staff were kind, and when I asked them about recommended izakaya restaurants nearby at night, they brought me a gourmet map and explained things to me in detail, and also introduced me to some particularly recommended restaurants. (๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
