Have lawson downstairs

The hotel location was very good especially if you want to do snow monkey park and Togakushi Shrine. Room us good size and buffet breakfast is not too bad. Being next door to Don Quijte is very convenient if you want to shop.

Poor wifi, having trouble connecting to the hotel’s wifi, but close location to the train station

Perfectly located at Nagano station - connected by walkway bridge with Don Quijote just a few steps away.
The staff at front desk were fantastic, always smiling and proactive too! The room is a littler dated but more than comfortable for the night. Amenities at lobby were good enough to get by too, PJs provided at each room floor.
Good stopover if you are going for a day trip to the Snow Monkey Park.

Extremely close to Nagano Station, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs and a Don Quijote next door. It's the best!

Fantastic stay, extremely helpful & polite staff.
Prime location, connected to Nagano station via the overpass, so you don't need to cross the road, super convenient. Our room was a bit small, 15 sqm, and 1 large suitcase, it was a bit cramped.
Would definitely stay here again but will book a bigger room. Arigato Sotetsu Nagano🙂

Location is crazy good! Have level 2 link bridge to hotel directly from JR station. Nearby have many restaurants and same building with donki.

Very good experience at this hotel, good for a short stay. Everything was very well organized and professional, the staffs were quite lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked well.. great location.

Superb convenient 5 mins from Nagano station. Clean room w pyjamas , facial wash and face cream available. Will definetely book again. Comfortable bed
