One of the biggest rooms I've had in Japan in a very good location in nagano. It doesn't even seem that dated based on the reviews as all the amenities are on par with everyone if not better. Rooms are almost soundproof and has a great bed.

The room was huge and clean, however there were two major issues: super loud noises coming from another room at the first floor (some engine going) and also a very noisy AC, both things combined make rest and sleeping a challenge; terrible network, which makes hard even just opening social network or watching a video in low resolution.

The AC is terribly loud which is really annoying because during winter months you can’t sleep without it as it gets quite cold. The room is spacious, amenities are good and coin parking options are available nearby. The bedding style is quite old fashioned, we would have preferred full duvet covers.

Had an amazing stay at that hotel.
The guy from the service helped us a lot, without any complaint, the rooms are big and comfy

My room was spacious but quite old, the AC was not working properly, the mattress was too hard, I didn't like the blanket, the ground is covered with carpet. The shower was good, hot water and enough strength. The neighbourhood felt not so good but it was really close to a shopping district with many restaurants and easily connected to Nagano Station by foot. A renovation of rooms would probably add good value to the hotel and look cleaner.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, about 20min walking distance from Nagano Station but close to Gondo Station. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious and I'd definitely choose this hotel again when back in Nagano.

Strange rooms here but it was a little cold during my visit. It was about -12C during my 3 day stay on New Year's.

If you don't mind the place looking like it was used for... something different before; excellent location, bathroom was enormous and the owner was nice. All in all good value for money. What more can you wish for?

The staff were rude on check in and leaving luggage on arrival, other than this I did not see them around so they were never there to answer any questions or give advice or anything. The room was big but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower was not very good either. Had staff falling apart in the roof of my room. Quite expensive considering the quality of the room which was poor. Payment was confusing as it said all payments would be made at the property but got charged the full price a few days before hand. My room was also next to the smoking balcony so I could not open the windows due to the smokers (I'm not a smoker). I was not happy with this hotel and will not come back

The location is great, 15 mins walk to the station and temple. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is lovely, the room is big and clean. The bathroom is very big! The owners are lovely too
