Amazing location (B1 is connected to okayama train station), spacious room, and friendly staff.
The breakfast was a set breakfast (few choices available) plus a small buffet. Quite disappointed by the breakfast and the service they provided. We needed to wait a long time for the set. I won't get the breakfast again as there are plenty of options within walking distance.
It's quite pricy but worth it if you need to be near the station.

Awesome service, I have mistakenly booked a family room where smoking was permitted. Hotel has kindly move us to two separate non smoker room during the busy weekend period

We stayed here for one night. The location is excellent. Right next the Okayama JR station, exactly above Bic Camera.
The room is very spacious. The bed is comfortable with fluffy duvets. We all had a good night sleep.

Room is spacious and comfortable. The location is pretty good. It’s very close to JR station and a lot of eateries and department stores.

Location is perfect as the hotel is connected to the Okayama station by underground passage. Bicamara store is also directly below the hotel reception and can be accessed by escalator.
Breakfast is poor. It’s a half buffet with six main dish choices. The dish portion is tiny (comes with huge chinaware though) and tastes poor. The buffet includes just the bare minimum.
The room is fine. Spacious but smells moldy.
In short: great location, good for a quick rest.

Hotel is conveniently located, you can choose to walk above or underground. Room was very very spacious, loved it. Only issue with the room is that you’ll be able to hear the train station announcements which happen very frequently, but it was not a problem for me.
