The local area is remote and barren

The dust is quite thick, especially around the entrance; the thick layer of dust is astonishing. The kettle is extremely dirty and disgusting. Think carefully before ordering.

The location was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The only downside was the poor cleaning. Wherever you go in Japan, cleaning is always spotless, but that's the only drawback here.
Anyway, the location is a big plus. The refrigerator is a bit small, though.

It was spacious enough for a family trip. It also had a kitchen, so it was convenient to be able to take food home and cook.

The check-in and check-out are fully automated. The triple room has one double bed and two single beds, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The space is good. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, across the shopping street. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as large Ieon and Donki supermarkets, making it very convenient for supplies.

The triple-bedded room was rare, so we were able to relax with our elementary and middle school children. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, chopsticks, and other kitchen facilities, so we had no trouble eating in the room.

The facility had many complaints about the service.
It said that they would contact me with the entry method by the day before, but I didn't hear back. I had no choice but to call, and they said they would resend it. I don't want to worry about the details, but if they said they would resend it, it would make me feel like they lost the email, and I feel really bad.
Also, they said that they would not change or replenish towels because there were no staff. There were almost no amenities, not even a hairbrush. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, and none of this was mentioned at the time of booking, which was very unpleasant.
*If you look closely, there is indeed only a photo of the shower head, but it seemed like they intentionally omitted the whole photo to lead you to misunderstand.
However, it was good that it was close to the station and downtown, and the price was not that high considering the number of beds was more than the surrounding hotels.
It's not bad for people who value cheap and easy to use over service.

Great place, clean, services was good, they even had Netflix which was a bonus. Will come back again for sure!

A wide selection of free amenities at the reception. There is a lounge for female dot relax after onsen. The public bath cones with hair styling tools, which is a bonus.

Location was amazing! Just remember to type the name into Googleaps for the correct address, as the one we copied over into maps was one street further back. Room was clean and spacious. Very recommended :)
