I have received the package coupon? (a subsidy of 5,000 yen per person provided by Okayama Prefecture)
The hotel was within a few minutes walk from JR Station. Aeon Mall was just right across the road, big shopping mall for shoppers. Good wide spread of breakfast.
This hotel is amazing, very good breakfasts, located 2 minutes walk from central station, rooms are clean and they even have small sento upstairs! Perfect choice for your trip in Okayama!
The location is simply excellent, very close to the JR station and places to eat. The price per room per night is just so friendly, while the ***** bath is a plus.
Very nice hotel located near the train station. Nice breakfast consisting of traditional Japanese food and ordinary European breakfast.
Great location Will select this location to stay again Con: parking via the lift system which has limited height, our car unable to fit hence have to park 10min walk away from hotel

The location is super convenient as the hotel connect with the train station at level 2. Besides, the hotel service and cleaners is above average so it’s a great place to stay if you use Okayama as a hub to travel within the area.
The view of breakfast place is good, can see Okayama station from the top view. No need to worry if you forget to bring umbrella in raining day. There is a covered corridor from the plaza to the hotel directly.
5 starts hotel, staff are helpful and welcomed. The location is very good, near the train station, aeon mall and big camera is within 5 mins walkable distance. The hotel is aged but well maintained. They provide parking at the basement of the hotel. We had a good stay there.
Nice, comfortable rooms. Staff are polite. Close to the JR station.
Excellent location as it’s connected to the railway station. Walkable distance to aeon shopping mall (just behind the hotel), konbinis as well. Seamless check-in, rooms were ready for us even before 3pm. Rooms are huge by Japanese standards. Firm beds.  Would recommend stay👍🏻
Even though the hotel is quite old, it is a very nice hotel, very near to station. Service is also amazing too.

Staff are friendly and location is central.
Everything was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and only 5 or 10 minutes to AEON Mall. Very convenient.
Close to JR station. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast. Recommend!
Located very close to the station, nice staff that are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean as well. Do note that in the winter, its heating only, there is no air conditioner option.
Very traditional style of furnishings. The toilet is very cramped. Would be nice if the hotel provide public bath. There’s a convenient shop next to the hotel and shopping mall opposite. Location is good.
I had a more enjoyable experience.

The decoration and equipment look a bit old The hardware is a bit old The room is not big The air conditioning is not too cold, just a little better than ventilation. But the service is good Very affordable price Convenient location close to downtown
The size and configuration of the room definitely meet the needs, and the clean beds and bathroom are also great!
It's close to the station, easy to find, and in a great location. I was also grateful that they were so kind as to let me leave my luggage before check-in. As for amenities, you can collect only the ones you need from the front desk. There were no problems. The washrooms were also very clean. I was impressed that the faucets were sparkling clean. I didn't order breakfast this time, but I think I'll...
It's about a 3-4 minute walk from Okayama Station. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby. You need a card key to use the elevator, so it's safe.
The room is of standard size, in good sanitary condition, with complete basic facilities. The location is quite convenient. Although it takes a few minutes to walk from Okayama Station, it is just a straight walk from the Okayama Castle exit and is also close to the tram station.
The hotel is close to Okayama Station and there are many restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There are two affiliated parking lots nearby, and parking costs 1,000 yen per night.

Service at the counter is nice. Room is also very cleaned and comfortable. Not to mention that the location is convenient.
I chose ANA Okayama as the base hotel to travel to Hiroshima, Tottori. It'sconvenient as it is located right outside Okayama St.
Good location just next to Okayama station perfect to get early train. Very small room not suitable for family who like shopping.
Very good hotel with excellent location. Kind staff. Beautiful rooms and nothing to complain about!
Just 120m walk from the station, very convenient! And the room is all nice

There is only the Japanese restaurant opened during my stay. Not a good location to get around unless with a car. The staffs cannot speak English but they try their best to understand what we need. The city view from the room is excellent.
It is a bit far from the station (taxi 2300 yen), and the terrain is slightly higher, so you can see Okayama Castle in the distance. Very quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and there is a public open-air bath (paid). Typical wedding/conference hotel. Breakfast was until 10:00, and when we arrived at the restaurant at 9:15, there was not much food left. When I was leaving, I bought a Bizen-yaki...
The front desk staff were very polite. We were upgraded to a very comfortable room. The view, bath, and breakfast were all satisfactory. If I had to say one thing, the coin laundry was a little hard to use. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity. It was a great start to my trip. Thank you.
It was a lovely room with a view of Okayama city. I felt relaxed and comfortable in the elegant and spacious room. This time I only stayed for one night, but next time I'd like to stay for a longer stay.
It was unlikely to happen again.

The location of the hotel is amazing as, 10min away from the JR station, you can wheel the luggage through Aeon Mall. The service is absolutely amazing and provides different types of amenities in the front desk for you to choose.
When I arrived at night, there was an Aeon Mall nearby, which met my needs; I liked the welcome drinks after drinking coffee and reading the hotel rules every day. The room was clean and hygienic
The hotel is very close to Okayama Station. There is an AEON supermarket next to it. Donki and Takashimaya are across the street. Right within the station living circle. The downside is that it is an older hotel. No renovations.
When I came back from going out around 10pm, the temperature in the room was so high that it felt like the heater was on. I thought I couldn't sleep like this, so I called the front desk. They came to check on me right away and suggested changing my room, which was very helpful. Thank you very much😊
Although it is far from the station, it is a long-established hotel that can be used for meetings, gatherings, banquets, etc., and the service is very polite. The breakfast was very luxurious, with tempura and omelettes prepared in the live kitchen.
The location was great and I would definitely return.

The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay in. There are also a laundry room which was cheap. We had a nice stay there.
The hotel's front desk staff had a good service attitude, and it's very close to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. However, during my stay, the air conditioning was under maintenance. Every time I manually turned on the heat, it would automatically shut off after about a minute, requiring me to manually restart it again. This led to me waking up cold in the morning. 😢
A little far away from the station but you have a tram stop really close. Comfortable beds, small bathroom, rooms bigger than average japanese rooms and a Lawson in the front building.
Spacious and quiet room, hotel is close to main train station.
Might be the worst hotel i've been to in Japan in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing (latter is actually non existent - you'll hear people talking and watching TV) - but the price was close to being free and location is extremely convenient. I won't chose this hotel next time, but if you sleep well and need a place to crush for a night - it's ok
Very good location. Close to Okayama castle. Also close to the station. Momiji illumination was perfect

This was my first time at a chain hotel and I didn't have high expectations, but I was grateful that they went out of their way to help me find my luggage that I left on the Takamatsu Okayama Marine Liner train. The breakfast and bed were also great.
Very clean. Close to Okayama station, very easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent, especially for the price. Note: Only hotel guests have access to the elevator.
The hotel is located close to the station, there are many shopping centers and shops around, bus and tram stops nearby, breakfast is both European and Japanese, you can get cosmetics for care at the reception, you can leave your luggage before check-in
The location is super convenient for getting around, you can always trust Toyoko Inn's choices. The only minor issue was the soundproofing; I think my room was right by the elevator. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Love it. Stayed in a double bed room. The size of the bed is ok for two. The room itself is a bit small, but still we could open two medium -sized suitcases. Extremely convenient location. Affordable price with breakfast. A real deal!
Quite good, it's near Aeon Supermarket and Takashimaya, about 500 meters from the station. Convenient transportation and clean.

Great location. Will definitely come back here again. Near to the train station.
Big room, new, clean and good location near by everything.
Good location half way within station and castle, quite and clean neighborhood with restaurants nearby.
Okayama is the capital city of its namesake prefecture, in western Japan. It’s known for the 16th-century Okayama Castle, dubbed “Crow Castle” for its black exterior, and for Korakuen, an iconic formal garden.
We loved the location, away from the main tourist places. The room was a little small, but clean and we we're happy the window would open to allow fresh air in. Staff were friendly.

It’s a really recommended place to stay.
Location is good , shopping center and food restaurants around. No hotel parking lots but slot parkings nearby. Hotel reception is on the 6th floor ,and hotel rooms on the 6th and 7th floor . I liked the hotel prepared the welcome- drink as guest chosen at the counter- bar opposite of reception- counter, just 1 drink per day of stay.

The location is a bit far from the station, but it's a special place where you can check out accommodations and cafes run by local brands in Japan. If you follow Google Maps' directions, you'll have to go through some winding neighborhood streets, so I don't recommend it. The fastest way to get there is by going through the market arcade!
Very good place, small but clean full of Japanese culture and history
Location was not convenient. There’s no staff outside of check-in hours so no flexibility. Helpful that they have luggage storage! M
It was my first time staying in an old house in Japan, and the environment was quite unique. The map and key were very artistic. It was also quite close to the Hokancho shopping street. However, there were a few washbasins in the common areas and a little little storage space in the rooms, so it might not be the best choice for people with large luggage.
The first-floor common area was filled with the sounds of waiters chatting with other customers. (It felt like I'd been staying there for a while.) The large tables were completely occupied by them. For two consecutive nights, I was forced to listen to their chatter on the first floor. The bed was old and made a noise when I turned over. It was so loud I couldn't even move in my sleep.
This guesthouse is part of a larger project to revitalize a neighborhood that still bears some traces of its former glory. Despite the slightly uncomfortable bed (which didn't prevent me from sleeping well), everything else was great, especially the pleasant common room. You can also take advantage of discounts at the nearby cafe that's part of the project (Lounge Kado). I enjoyed it so much that...

Super convenient. Near to family Mart, there's a washing machine, breads served in the morning and steam buns morning and evening, popsicle sticks and drinks throughout the day. Near the station and convenient to make it your base for visiting around Okayama outskirts on day trips
Hotels in Japan are expensive on Saturdays, so I was just going to an internet cafe, but then a special sale came up, so I made a same-day reservation and stayed there. It was convenient! Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were very courteous and made my stay comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Okayama Station. Good place for staying, and we got breakfast and dinner too
The room smelled very musty and the air conditioning was mediocre. But it’s okay to provide dinner and breakfast
The location is good and the cost performance is excellent. It is good for business trips.
The price is cheap and includes breakfast and dinner (although I didn't eat breakfast). It's very cost-effective, but it's far away from the JR station. It's clean and ok, so it's not unbearable. I think it's no problem if I just leave after a late training. There is no WiFi.
I used it because I had business in Okayama. The hotel itself is a little old, perhaps? But there was no problem staying there at all. The dinner and breakfast set was very cheap. The front desk service is quite considerate! The hotel facilities are a bit old, it is close to the main road, the noise of traffic outside is quite loud, and the sound insulation is not ideal. It is a certain distance from the station. The hotel has a parking lot, and the fee is a little higher than the surrounding area.
Nice and comfortable room however my room had building construction directly outside the window. I struggled to get sleep past 9am even though I was jet-lagged, also it was so loud I was nervous the people would be coming in through my balcony door! Good location, would stay again if it weren’t for the construction on the hotel
Conveniently located near the city hall and Chuo-cho shopping district. A short walk to AEON and Omote-cho shopping street. An old and convenient hotel with a high cost-effectiveness.
Very cost-effective, there is a large aeon mall nearby with free buffet breakfast, free parking, and a daily beer during happy hour. The room has many facilities, including a microwave and washing machine, and the room is also quite large. Slept very comfortably.
Clean and convenient, with free drinks and alcohol The breakfast is also good, the facilities nearby are very good and close to the subway The room rate is cheap but the service and hardware are great and worth staying. The room is not too small.
It's hard to describe... 1. The facilities are old. In addition to the two sockets on the table, there is one at the door of the toilet, and the main point is that you forget to take it away.
